Abstract

Billedsignaler fra kameraet sendes til en databehandlingsenhet (10) med skjerm (11) for visuell deteksjon og/eller videre bearbeiding av signalene for bestemmelse av partikkelmengde etc.Method and equipment for detecting and determining the amount of particles contained in or deposited in a liquid, e.g. the asphalt precipitated in oil. The liquid is circulated through a translucent cell (7), with concentrated, strong light being supplied from a light source (8) on one side of the cell (7), while a digital camera (4), via strong magnification (5,6), occupies images from opposite side of the cell. Image signals from the camera are sent to a data processing unit (10) with screen (11) for visual detection and / or further processing of the signals for determination of particle quantity etc.
