Abstract

The tool (10) also has a fluid driven motor (12) which makes it operable in the operating slip phase for drilling a short radius of curvature. The flexibility makes it possible to use the drilling tool (10) around tighter curves, and the rotatability enables the tool to drill in both operational drilling phases to complete all sections of the side wellbore with a single tool.
