Abstract

Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte til å forbinde særlig en ikke-tekstilbasert konstruksjon til minst ett tekstilbasert toppsjikt (.3) og minst ett tekstil- basert bunnsjikt (1) ved hjelp av et garnsystem, for dannelse av en sandvvich-konstruksjon. Garn- systemet er fremstilt ved strikking. En honeycomb- konstruksjon (2) med hovedsakelig vertikale vegger benyttes som cellekonstruksjon. Dekksjiktene (1, 3) utformet som fleraksiale konstruksjoner er forbundet til honeycomb-konstruksjonen (2) i en enkelt, tørr operasjon, under dannelse av en bøyelig, lett håndterbar mattelignende konstruksjon som i et etterfølgende trinn i behandlingen kan omformes til et hardt, svært stivt sandwich- materiale.
