I en varmeveksler (1) til et boblebadekar (2) med en overopphetingssikring (3) i form av en kapillarrørsoveropphetingssikring med en gjeninnkoblingsknapp (4) og et kapillarrør (6) er overopphetingssikringen anbragt utenfor varmeveksleren, for eksempel i et særskilt hus (11). Kapillarrøret (6) er mellom varmeveksleren (1) og overopphetings- sikringen (3)/huset (11) omgitt av en vanntett slange (19), som i hver ende er vanntett tilsluttet henholdsvis varmeveksleren (1) og overopphetingssikringen (3)/huset (11). Overopphetingssikringen (3) med gjeninnkoblingsknappen (4) kan plasseres på et hensiktsmessig sted for aktivering av gjeninnkoblingsknappen (4), eksempelvis bak badekarets (2) frontplate (9).
