Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for styring av fremstilling av mekanisk masse av lignocelluloseholdig materiale som mates til en skiveraffinør (15) med to motstående i forhold til hverandre roterende maleskiver. Materi-alet knuses og bearbeides under passasje utad gjennom en spalte mellom maleskivene til en forutbestemt freeness innen 50 - 200 CSF og et forutbestemt laveste langfiber-innhold. Massens freeness og langfiber-innhold måles kontinuerlig etter raffineringen. Male-spalten måles og reguleres slik at det forutbestemte laveste langfiber-innhold oppnås. Malingen av materiale til raffineren, dvs produksjonen av masse, styres slik at forutbestemt freeness oppnås.Method for controlling the production of mechanical pulp from lignocellulosic material which is fed to a disc refiner (15) with two oppositely rotating grinding discs. The material is crushed and processed during passage outwards through a gap between the grinding wheels to a predetermined freeness within 50 - 200 CSF and a predetermined lowest long fiber content. The freeness and long fiber content of the pulp are measured continuously after refining. The grinding gap is measured and regulated so that the predetermined lowest long fiber content is obtained. The grinding of material for the refiner, i.e. the production of pulp, is controlled so that predetermined freeness is achieved.
