Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for hydrolyse av vannuoppløselig ester i nærvær av en lipase utvunnet fra en stamme av Humicola, Candida antarctica eller Pseudomonas, Chromobacterium eller Asper- gillus ved pH 3-7, kjennetegnet ved tilstedeværelsen av et aluminiumsalt, og særlig en slik fremgangsmåte for hydrolyse av harpiks 'i tremasse. Frem- gangsmåte for 'økning av hydrolyse- hastigheten av vannuoppløselig ester i nærvær av en slik lipase ved inkorpo- rering av et aluminiumsalt. Tilsetning av aluminiumsalt oker hydrolysehastig- heten av estere signifikant i nærvær av de ovenfor nevnte lipaser. En sterk økning av fetthydrolyse (fra ca. 50 til ca. 87 % hydrolyse) ble funnet med så lite som 10 pM Al"".
