Abstract
bet beskrives en forbedret frem-gangsmåte for fremstilling av et supraledende materiale med formelen MBa2Cu3<>x hvori M er valgt fra gruppen bestående av Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, .Ho, Er, Tm, Yb og Lu, x er fra ca. 6,5 til ca. 7,0, idet materialet har en supraledende overgangs-temperatur av ca. 90 K, idet fremgangs-måten i det vesentlige består av oppvar-ming av et forløperpulver i en oxygenholdig atmosfære ved en temperatur fra ca. 875° C til ca. 950° C i en tid tilstrekkelig til å danneBaCuOy, hvori y er fra ca. 6,0 til ca. 6,4, og opprettholdel-se av dette MBa2Cu^Ov i en oxygenholdig atmosfære under avkjøling i en tid som er tilstrekkelig til å oppnå det ønskede produkt, idet det nevnte forløperpulver fremstilles ved (a) blanding av pulvere. av,a(O)8H0 og CuO i et atomforhold H:Ba:Cu av ca. 1:2:3 eller (b) dannelse av en vandig oppløsning av M(N0), Ba(N0)og Cu(N0)i et atomforhold M:Ba:Cu av ca. 1:2:3, til-setning av tilstrekkelig med sitronsyre-monohydrat til den erholdte oppløsning. til å omvandle de tilstedeværende metal-ler til deres tilsvarende sitrater, og sprøytetørking av den erholdte oppløs-ning for å oppnå forløperpulveret.
