Abstract
Hake- holderen er festet til utlasningshuset (5) slik at når delene er avlastet, kan utløsningshuset (5) dras ned og hakene (2) går da inn og tillater handelen (15) i å kunne bli dratt ut.Quick-release safety hook consisting of lever (15) with receiver locked to the female part (7) of the hooks (2) which in the locked position acts as wedges. By placing the hooks (2) externally, a maximum area in the locking zone is obtained so that the dimensions are minimized. The circular hook can withstand the same side load in all positions. The trade is locked to the wire (11) with the key (13) and the wire lock (14). As a cover for both water and contamination as well as hands, the cover (12) is used for closure. The handle (15) is easily guided into the female part (7) by means of the funnel (1). Locking is done by pressing the hook (2) into the bar on the handle (15) by means of the elastic spring (3) and the spring (s) (6). The hooks are suspended in the hooks (4) by shafts. The catch holder is attached to the release housing (5) so that when the parts are unloaded, the release housing (5) can be pulled down and the hooks (2) then enter and allow the trade (15) to be pulled out.
Description
Hurtigkoplende sikkerhetskrokQuick-connect safety hook
Oppfinnelsen angår et hurtigkoplende kroksystem til bruk ved de fleste typer heise og trekkinnrettningert så som ordinær las thåndtering, 1 i vbå the.i. sing'samt f.eks. tau ing og alepeoperasjoner, The invention relates to a quick-connecting hook system for use with most types of hoist and traction devices such as ordinary load handling, 1 in vbå the.i. sing'samt e.g. rope ing and alepe operations,
Forskjellen mellom dette og det beskrevne prinsipp er at Hooks have previously been both proposed and built according to hook and hook principles. All of these hooks have loaded the locking hooks with the entire load. Such principles are shown in U.S. Pat. however, patents 4.3^0.2^9 and 3,109,677, German patent LI67,503, French patent 1,296,32^1, French patent 1,'M6,836 show a principle which acts as wedge locking. The difference between this and the described principle is that
på det franske prinsipp er hakene (kilene) plassert inn-vendig, og får p.g.a. dette relativt lite areal, samt at utløsning må skje via luft eller hydraulikk, mens det nye prinsippet er utvendig plasserte låshaker (kiler) for å on the French principle, the hooks (wedges) are placed on the inside, and because of this relatively small area, as well as the fact that release must take place via air or hydraulics, while the new principle is externally placed locking hooks (wedges) to
få maksimert arealet samt også muligheter for manuell utløsning. maximize the area as well as options for manual release.
Forstroppes f.eks. gods, kan en dyktig kranfører kople With this quick-connecting safety hook, you achieve a secure and quick connection. By using the female part firmly, the part attached to the lift system will be light 1 weight and the risk of injury to people is significantly reduced. Pre-strap e.g. goods, a skilled crane operator can connect
Siden kroken ikke kan utløses før den er helt avlastet, into the hook system without people being nearby and you thereby achieve increased safety by not having to physically touch the hook for squatting. During a lifeboat operation, one can attach e.g. a floating line to the hook and thread this down through the hollow female part, and tail the trade in a lock. Since the hook cannot be released until it is fully unloaded,
Det kan i tilfeller der last skal settes ned på bevegelig underlag (supply-båter etc.) være ønskelig å utløse gassflaskene av kran-fører. this means that with the lifeboat version, one can trigger the gas bottles, so that the locking hooks slide out immediately after unloading, and the boat is thereby free. In cases where cargo is to be lowered onto a moving surface (supply boats, etc.), it may be desirable to trigger the gas cylinders by the crane operator.
Hakene vil bli presset mot handelen 15 av den elastiske fjæren 3»slik at hakene 2 vil falle i inngrep According to the invention, this is achieved by the female part of the hook catching the trade by means of the guide funnel 1 which guides it down into the holding cylinder 7. When the trade's hook 15 has come down, the weight of this pushes the hooks 2 down. The hooks will be pressed against the trade 15 by the elastic spring 3" so that the hooks 2 will fall into engagement
i handelens mothake 15 så lenge ingen ytre krefterin the trade barb 15 as long as no external forces
Fjæren(e) 6 vil hele tiden presse hakeholderen U presses the trigger housing 5, which has the chin holder h fixed down. The spring(s) 6 will constantly press the chin holder U
og utløsningshuset 5 opp.and the release housing 5 up.
Som en ser av figuren 1 består handelen av mothaken 15.As can be seen from figure 1, the trade consists of the barb 15.
For attaching the wire 11, one first has the wedge 13 which locks the wire 11 to the hollow handle 15 as well as the additional wire lock 14 which prevents the wedge 13 from being able to slide down accidentally. For protection and also as additional protection against having your hands torn up by loose wire threads, you have the elastic cap 12 which closes tightly around the barb 1.5 of the hand and the wire 11.
In Figure 2, the spring 6 has been replaced with a single-acting cylinder 8 which has a built-in spring and can be operated with compressed air or gas.
In Figure 3, a stronger spring 6 and a ring cylinder 9 have been inserted which should preferably be operated by hydraulics, but which in an emergency can also be operated by high-pressure gas. The hook can then be released in an emergency with a full load, but will probably suffer deformations. Figure k shows a principle where the hook is used in connection with lashing of goods. Figures 5, 6 and 7 show some practical examples of the hook in use, but the hook's area of application is significantly larger than these examples.
