Claims (2)
1. System for montering og oppheng av en wireline verktøystreng, parkering av verktøystrengen mellom stigerørsfri lett brønnintervensjonsoperasjoner, og føring av verktøystrengen fra overflaten, og inn i et undervannsmiljø, k a r a k t e r i s e r t v e d at systemet omfatter:
et teleskopisk rør (2) for undervannsinstallasjon av en wireline verktøystreng og et trykk-kontrollhode (13), hvor det teleskopiske røret (2) omfatter minst to rørlengder;
en opphengsanordning for det teleskopiske røret (2), hvor opphengsanordningen for det teleskopiske røret (2) er plassert ved en arbeidsplattform (3) for vertikal sammenkopling eller demontering av wireline verktøystrengen;
en innretning for å trekke sammen eller strekke det teleskopiske røret ut, hvor innretningen består av løftevaiere (4) festet til et åk (5) som er festet til en nedre rørlengde (6) av det teleskopiske røret (2), hvor løftevaierne (4) vinsjes opp eller spoles ut ved hjelp av minst en vinsj, og
et lederør (7), med en styretrakt i hver ende, som gir sidestøtte for den nedre rørlengden (6) når det teleskopiske røret (2) er i en utstrakt posisjon.
2. Fremgangsmåte for montering og oppheng av en wireline verktøystreng ved en øvre ende av et teleskopisk rør (2), parkering av verktøystrengen mellom stigerørsfri lett brønnintervensjonsoperasjoner, og føring av wireline verktøystrengen fra overflaten, gjennom det teleskopiske røret (2) og inn i åpen sjø, k a r a k t e r i s e r t v e d at fremgangsmåten omfatter av trinnene:
a) å montere wireline verktøystrengen, og henge den av i et teleskopisk rør (2) som omfatter minst to rørlengder;
b) å fullstendig strekke ut det teleskopiske røret (2), slik at det entrer et lederør (7) ved et fartøys (1) nedre skrog, gjennom ut-spoling av løftevaiere (4) som er festet til en nedre rørlengde (6) av det teleskopiske røret (2), ved hjelp av et åk (5) som er festet til den nedre rørlengden (6);
c) å føre en brønnintervensjonsvaier (15) gjennom et trykk-kontrollhode (13), å koble et guidelinefritt kjøreverktøy (8) til trykk-kontrollhodet (13), å henge trykkkontrollhodet (13) over det teleskopiske røret (2), å koble brønnintervensjonsvaieren (15) til wireline verktøystrengen, å frigjøre verktøystrengen fra opphenget i det teleskopiske røret (2), og å senke trykk-kontrollhodet (13) og verktøystrengen gjennom det teleskopiske røret (2) og videre inn i åpen sjø, ned til en stigerørsfri lett brønnintervensjons stakk (17);
d) å frigjøre og trekke det guidelinefrie kjøreverktøyet (8) opp gjennom det teleskopiske røret (2) etter at trykk-kontrollhodet (13) har blitt koblet til toppen av den stigerørsfrie lette brønnintervensjons stakken (17);
e) å senke det guidelinefrie kjøreverktøyet (8) gjennom det teleskopiske røret (2) og ned til den stigerørsfrie lette brønnintervensjons stakken, for å hente opp trykkkontrollhodet (13) og verktøystrengen, etter at brønnintervensjonen er avsluttet;
f) å heise den nedre rørlenden (6) av det teleskopiske røret (2) ved hjelp av løftevaiere (4) koblet til åket (5), og dermed trekke sammen det teleskopiske røret (2), til åket (5) ligger an mot en nedre ende av et øvre/ytre teleskoprør av det teleskopiske røret (2); og
g) demontering av wireline verktøystrengen.
