Claims (6)

Patentkrav
1. Fremgangsmåte for installasjon av en brønnhull-enhet på et nedihullsverktøy i et brønnhull, der fremgangsmåten omfatter:

gjenvinning av det polymere form-hukommelse materiale fra sin endrede geometriske stilling, i fravær av et distribusjonsfluid, ved forekomsten av en hendelse valgt fra gruppen bestående av:
det polymere form-hukommelse materiale når en
temperatur på mellom -12 °C til 66 °C;
det polymere form-hukommelse materiale når en
temperatur innenfor 5,6°C av sin Tg;
det polymere formhukommelse materiale utsettes for en varmeinnretning som øker temperaturen over materialets Tg og begge deler.
2. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, videre omfattende å utvide det polymere formhukommelse materiale fra sin endrede geometriske stilling til en gjenvunnet geometrisk stilling.
3. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, hvor det polymere formhukommelse materiale er valgt fra gruppen bestående av polyuretaner, polyuretaner fremstilt ved omsetning av et polykarbonatpolyol med et polyisocyanat, polyamider, polyurea, polyvinylalkoholer, vinylalkohol-vinylester-kopolymerer, fenoliske polymerer, polybenzimidazoler, polyetylenoksid / akrylsyre / metakrylsyre-kopolymer tverrbundet med N, N'-metylenbis-akrylamid, polyoksid / metakrylsyre / N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidon-kopolymer tverrbundet med etylenglykol-dimetakrylat, polyetylenoksid / poly (metylmetakrylat) / N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidon-kopolymer tverrbundet med etylenglykoldimetakrylat, og kombinasjoner derav.
4. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, hvor det polymere formhukommelse materiale er en polyuretan dannet ved en fremgangsmåte omfattende omsetning av en polykarbonat-polyol med et isocyanat.
5. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, hvor det første fluidet er et hydrokarbonbasert fluid og hvor distribusjonsfluidet er valgt fra gruppen bestående av vann, saltlaker, dimetylsulfoksid, ketoner, alkoholer, glykoler, etere og blandinger derav.
6. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, hvor brønnhull-enheten er valgt fra gruppen bestående av et ekspansjonsverktøy, en skjerm, en pakning, en isolasjonsplugg, og kombinasjoner derav.
