Claims (8)
1. En vann og hydrokarbon separator, innbefattende en tank (1) med et innløp (4) for en blanding av ubehandlet vann og hydrokarbon, et vannutløp (4) ved en nedre del av tanken (1), et hydrokarbonutløp (3) ved en øvre del av tanken (1) og en innsats (5) anordnet til å sette hydrokarbon- og vannblandingen i en tangentiell laminær virvel, hvilken innsats (5) innbefatter en konisk sidevegg (6) som har et smalere tverrsnitt i en retning oppover, en bunnvegg (7), en demper (8) anordnet ved toppen av innsatsen (5) og en spreder (11) koblet til innløpet (4) for vann- og hydrokarbonblandingen og er anordnet i en nedre del av innsatsen (5), karakterisert ved at bunnveggen (7) har en konisk eller konkav form med sitt toppunkt vendende inn i det indre av innsatsen (5), hvilken bunnvegg (7) danner et konvekst eller konisk hulrom ved sin underside, og et hydrokarbon rejektrør (12) som strekker seg inn i hulrommet.
2. Separator i henhold til krav 1, karakterisert ved at den innbefatter et avfallsutløp (9) koblet til bunnveggen (7) ved et periferisk parti av bunnveggen (7).
3. Separator i henhold til krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at hydrokarbon rejektrøret (12) strekker seg ut av tanken (1) gjennom sideveggen (6) til tanken (1).
4. Separator i henhold til krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at hydrokarbon rejektrøret (12) strekker seg nedover og ut av tanken (1) ved en bunnseksjon til tanken (1).
5. Separator i henhold til krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at hydrokarbon rejektrøret (12) strekker seg oppover gjennom bunnveggen (6) og innsatsen (5) og ut av tanken (1) gjennom en øvre seksjon av tanken (1).
6. Separator i henhold til hvilke som helst av de foregående krav, karakterisert ved at sprederen (11) er plassert med sitt senter umiddelbart over toppen av bunnveggen (7).
7. Separator i henhold til hvilke som helst av de foregående krav, karakterisert ved at et innløpsrør (10) strekker seg fra innløpet (4) for vann- og hydrokarbonblandingen til sprederen (11) fra en bunnseksjon av tanken (1) gjennom bunnveggen (7).
8. Separator i henhold til hvilke som helst av de foregående kravene 1-6, karakterisert ved at et innløpsrør (10) strekker seg fra innløpet (4) for vann- og hydrokarbonblandingen til sprederen (11) fra en øvre seksjon av tanken (1) gjennom demperen (8) og det indre av innsatsen (5) til umiddelbart over bunnveggen (7).
