Abstract
An improved autonomous well valve (1) having a body (2) that constitutes an actuator for opening and closing of first and second valves (34, 44), the body (2) having an body axis (26) of symmetry, and where the body (2), that in operation is submerged, has an effective density that is equal or greater than the density of a first fluid and less than the density of a second fluid, and where the body (2) is placed in a housing (8), the housing (8) having a housing axis (24) of symmetry, where that at least two first valves (34) that are designed to allow flow between the inside and outside of the housing (8), are distributed about the body axis (26) and mechanically connected be-tween the body (2) and the housing (8), and where the body axis (26) at the first valves (34) is restricted from moving above the housing axis (24).
Claims (6)
1. En forbedret autonom brønnventil (1) som har et legeme (2) som utgjør en aktuator for åpning og lukking av minst to første ventiler (34), idet legemet (2) har en legemeakse (26) av symmetri, og hvor legemet (2), som i drift er nedsenket, har en effektiv tetthet som er lik eller større enn tettheten til et første fluid og mindre enn tettheten til et andre fluid, og hvor legemet (2) er plassert i et hus (8) mellom et første element (4) og et andre element (6) på huset (8), idet huset (8) har en husakse (24) av symmetri, og hvor legemet (2) ved sitt første endedelstykke (14) som er nærmest det første elementet (4) tilveiebringes med en sentral konisk fordypning (16), og hvor det første elementet (4) tilveiebringes med en konisk fordypning (16) som sitter overfor den koniske fordypningen (16) på det første endedelstykket (14) på legemet (2), og hvor en kule (18) er posisjonert mellom de koniske fordypningene (16), og hvor hver første ventil (34) har et første ventillegeme (36) som er hengslet fast til legemet (2), idet det første ventillegemet (36) er glidbart bevegelig i et første ventilsete (38) som penetrerer huset (8), k a r a k t e r i s e r t v e d at de minst to første ventilene (34), som er designet for å muliggjøre flyt mellom innsiden og utsiden av huset (8), er fordelt rundt legemeaksen (26) og mekanisk koblet mellom legemet (2) og huset (8), og hvor legemeaksen (26) ved de minst to første ventilene (34) er begrenset fra å flytte seg over husaksen (24).
2. En forbedret autonom brønnventil (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor minst én av de første ventilene (34), når posisjonert over legemeaksen (26), er åpen når legemeaksen (26) ved de første ventilene (34) er en forhåndsbestemt avstand under husaksen (24).
3. En forbedret autonom brønnventil (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor de første ventilene (34) er lukkede når legemeaksen (26) ved de første ventilene (34) er på nivå med husaksen (24).
4. En forbedret autonom brønnventil (1) ifølge de foregående kravene, hvor minst to andre ventiler (44) som er designet for å muliggjøre flyt mellom innsiden og utsiden av huset (8), er fordelt rundt legemeaksen (26) og mekanisk koblet mellom legemet (2) og huset (8), og hvor hver andre ventil (44) har et andre ventillegeme (46) som er hengslet fast til legemet (2), idet det andre ventillegemet (46) er glidbart bevegelig i et andre ventilsete (48) som penetrerer huset (8), og hvor legemeaksen (26) ved de andre ventilene (44) begrenses fra å flytte seg under husaksen (24).
5. En forbedret autonom brønnventil (1) ifølge krav 4, hvor minst én av de andre ventilene (44), når posisjonert over legemeaksen (26), er åpen når legemeaksen (26) ved de andre ventilene (44) er en forhåndsbestemt avstand over husaksen (24).
6. En forbedret autonom brønnventil (1) ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor de andre ventilene (44) er lukkede når legemeaksen (26) ved de andre ventilene (44) er på nivå med husaksen (24).
