Abstract
In order to take into account leakage resistances occurring in the case of information contacts (3a to 3n), it is proposed to pass the signal which is formed by an information contact (3a to 3n), together with a reference signal, to a comparison circuit (7). The output of the comparison circuit (7) then carries a signal which corresponds to the switching state of the information contact (3a to 3n). The signals of a plurality of information contacts (3a to 3n) are preferably passed to a multiplexer circuit (15, 17) whose output signal is passed to the comparison circuit (7). In a further refinement, the output signal of the comparison circuit (7) is passed via a potential-isolating element (21) to a control and processing device (23) having a processor. <IMAGE>
