MINI MASSAGER
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technical filed of massages, and in particular, relates to a mini massager.
BACKGROUND
At present a mini massager produced by our company is turned on, turned off and opened by turning an upper cover thereof. However, because the existing configuration for the upper cover of the massager is that a waterproof ring is fixedly connected to the upper cover, when the upper cover is rotated, the waterproof ring is rotated along with the upper cover; thus, the rotation resistance is big, and the upper cover often can't be turned.
SUMMARY
The present invention aims at providing a mini massager, to solve the above mentioned problem existing in the present mini massager.
To solve the above mentioned problem, the present invention provides a mini massager comprising: a massager main body, a battery disposed in the massager main body, an upper cover screwed on the massager main body and a waterproof ring disposed on an inner side of the upper cover, wherein the mini massager further comprises a waterproof ring support and a battery support disposed at the inner side of the upper cover, the waterproof ring support is fixedly connected to the battery support, the waterproof ring is disposed on the waterproof ring support, the battery support is provided with a battery contact piece and a battery anode piece which are capable of being electronically connected to the battery; the upper cover comprises an upper cover main body, a rotation shaft disposed at the inner side of the upper cover, and a rotation dish sleeved outside the rotation shaft and rotatable with the rotation shaft, the massager main body is provided therein with a keyhole, the rotation shaft passes through the waterproof ring support and the battery support successively and extends into the keyhole, the rotation dish is disposed between the waterproof ring support and the battery support, and the rotation dish is provided with a battery leaf spring configured for connection/disconnection between the battery contact piece and the battery anode piece.
Specifically, the waterproof ring comprises a first waterproof ring, the center of the waterproof ring support is provided with a center hole to be inserted by the rotation shaft, a peripheral of the center hole is provided with a first clamping groove, and the first waterproof ring is disposed in the first clamping groove.
Specifically, the waterproof ring further comprises a second waterproof ring, the waterproof ring support is provided with a circle-shaped side wall extending into the massager main body, the side wall is provided with a second clamping groove, and the second waterproof ring is disposed in the second clamping groove.
Specifically, the waterproof ring support is fixedly connected to the battery support through a screw.
Specifically, a bottom of the battery support is provided with a locating post, a locating hole is disposed in the massager main body, and the locating post is inserted into the locating hole.
Specifically, the keyhole is symmetrically provided with two recesses, and the rotation shaft is correspondingly provided with side ears respectively capable of extending into the two recesses and being locked after rotation.
Specifically, the center of the rotation dish is provided with a through hole to be inserted by the rotation shaft, the through hole is provided with a third clamping groove, and the rotation shaft is correspondingly provided with a clamping block to be embedded into the third clamping groove.
Specifically, the rotation dish is provided with three tap positions, the outer side of the massager main body is provided with operation flags corresponding to the three tap positions.
Specifically, the battery leaf spring is provided with tentacles connected with the battery contact piece and the battery anode piece respectively.
In the present invention, the waterproof ring support is fixedly connected to the battery support, the whole formed by connecting the battery support and the waterproof ring support and the upper cover are rotatable with respective to each other, when the rotation shaft of the upper cover is rotated about the keyhole, the waterproof ring support and the battery support don't rotate along with the rotation shaft, therefore no friction is generated, such that the situation that the upper cover can't be rotated may be avoided. With such structure, the battery contact piece is connected/disconnected with the battery anode piece through the battery leaf spring during the rotation of the rotation dish of the upper cover, thus the massager may be turned on, turned off and opened by turning an upper cover thereof; meanwhile the rotation shaft is positioned in the center of the upper cover and the diameter of the rotation shaft is far less than that of the upper cover, therefore the upper cover is rotated more efficiently through the drive of the rotation shaft.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention clearer and more comprehensible, the following further describes the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely used to explain the present invention but are not intended to limit the present invention.
It should be noted that when an element is described as "fixed on" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on another element or there may be an intermediate element between them; when an element is described as "connected to", it can be directly connected to another element or there may be an intermediate
element between them.
It also should be noted that the orientation terms in the embodiments such as left, right, top, bottom and so on, are only relative concepts or are referenced to the normal operating state of the product, and should not be considered to be restrictive.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a mini massager provided by the present invention is small and convenient, and can massage many parts of the human body. The mini massager comprises a massager main body 10, a battery 20 disposed in the massager main body 10, an upper cover 30 screwed on the massager main body 10, and a waterproof ring 40 disposed on an inner side of the upper cover 30. The mini massager further comprises a waterproof ring support 50 and a battery support 60 disposed on the inner side of the upper cover 30, the waterproof ring 50 support is fixedly connected to the battery support 60, the waterproof ring 40 is disposed on the waterproof ring support 50, the battery support 60 is provided with a battery contact piece 61 and a battery anode piece 62 electronically connected to the battery 20. The upper cover 30 comprises an upper cover main body 31, a rotation shaft 32 disposed in the inner side of the upper cover 30, and a rotation dish 33 sleeved outside the rotation shaft 32 and rotatable with the rotation shaft 32, the massager main body 10 is provided therein with a keyhole 11, the rotation shaft 32 passes through the waterproof ring support 50 and the battery support 60 successively and extends into the keyhole 11, the rotation dish 33 is disposed between the waterproof ring support 50 and the battery support 60, and the rotation dish 33 is provided with a battery leaf spring 333 configured for connection/disconnection between the battery contact piece 61 and the battery anode piece 62.
In the present invention, the waterproof ring support 50 and the battery support 60 are connected together and capable of rotating with respective to the upper cover 30, when the rotation shaft 32 of the upper cover 30 is rotated about the keyhole 11, the waterproof ring support 50 and the battery support 60 don't rotate with the rotation shaft, therefore no friction is generated, such that it is more convenient to rotate the upper cover 30, and the situation that the upper cover 30 can't be rotated is avoided effectively. In such a structure, during the rotation of the rotation dish 33 of the upper cover 30, the battery contact piece 61 and the battery anode piece 62 are connected with or disconnected from each other through the battery leaf spring 333, such that the mini massager may be turned on, turned off and opened easily by turning the upper cover 30. Moreover, the rotation shaft 32 is positioned in the center of the upper cover 30, the diameter of the rotation shaft 32 is far less than that of the upper cover 30, the upper cover is driven to rotate through the rotation shaft 32, thus the upper cover 30 is easier to be turned.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the waterproof ring 40 comprises a first waterproof ring 41, the center of the waterproof ring support 50 is provided with a center hole 51 to be inserted by the rotation shaft 32, a peripheral of the center hole 51 is provided with a first clamping groove 52, and the first waterproof ring 41 is disposed in the first clamping groove 52. The first waterproof ring 41 plays a sealing role between the upper cover 30 and the waterproof ring support 50.
Furthermore, the waterproof ring 40 further comprises a second waterproof ring 42, the waterproof ring support 50 is provided with a circle-shaped side wall extending into the massager main body 10, the side wall is provided with a second clamping groove 53, and the second waterproof ring 42 is disposed in the second clamping groove 53. In this way, the second waterproof ring 42 plays a sealing role between the massager main body 10 and the waterproof ring support 50. Therefore, the sealing class between the upper cover 30 and the massager main body 10 is improved through the double sealing functions of the first waterproof ring 41 and the second waterproof ring 42, so that the sealing effect is berter.
Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3, the waterproof ring support 50 is fixedly connected to the battery support 60 through a screw 70. The connection manner is simple and reliable.
Ref ening to FIGS. 4 and 5, the number of the battery is three, the batteries are disposed in the massager main body 10, meanwhile the inner of the massager main body 10 is provided with a locating hole 12, and a bottom of the battery support 60 is provided with a locating post 63, and the locating post 63 is inserted into the locating hole 12. Through the cooperation of the locating post 63 and the locating hole 12, the whole formed by connecting the battery support 60 and the waterproof ring support 50 is positioned steadily, and doesn't displace along with the rotation of the rotation shaft. Of course, the design of the locating post 63 and the locating hole 12 may also be cancelled.
In this embodiment, the keyhole 11 of the massager main body 10 is symmetrically provided with two recesses 111, and the rotation shaft 32 is correspondingly provided with side ears 321 which are capable of extending into the two recesses 111 respectively and being locked after rotation. When the two recesses 111 and the two side ears 321 are aligned respectively, the rotation shaft 32 extends into the keyhole 11. When the rotation shaft 32 extends into the keyhole 11 and is rotated to a certain angle, the recesses 111 and the side ears 321 are staggered, such that the side ears can't drop from the keyhole 11 and can only rotate in the keyhole 11 because of the blocking of the keyhole 11.
Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the center of the rotation dish 33 is provided with a through hole 331 to be inserted by the rotation shaft 32, the though hole 331 is provided with a third clamping groove 332, and the rotation shaft 32 is correspondingly provided with a clamping block 322 to be embedded into the third clamping groove 332. Through the cooperation of the clamping block 322 and the third clamping groove 332, the rotation dish 33 is fixedly connected to the rotation shaft 32, and the rotation dish 33 can rotate along with the rotation shaft 32. In this embodiment, the third clamping groove 332 is cross-shaped, and accordingly, the clamping block 322 is also cross-shaped. The third clamping groove 332 and the clamping block 322 also may be Union Jack shaped or flat-shaped.
Furthermore, the battery leaf spring 333 of the rotation dish 33 is provided with two tentacles 34 configured to be connected with the battery contact piece 61 and the battery anode piece 62 respectively. The rotation dish 33 is also provided with three tap positions 334, referring also to FIG. 1, the outer side of the massager main body 10 is provided with three operation flags, which are "on" 13, "off "14 and "open"15 and correspond to the three tap positions 334 respectively.
Referring to FIG. 6, when the rotation dish 33 is rotated to the position shown in FIG. 6, one tap position 334 is aligned with the operation flag "on" 13, the two tentacles 34 are connected to the battery contact piece 61 and the battery anode piece 62, the massager is turned on and the massager main body 10 operates for massage; referring to FIG. 7, when the rotation dish 33 is rotated to the position shown in FIG. 7, another tap position 334 is aligned with the operation flag "off 14, the battery leaf spring 333 is between the battery contact piece 61 and the battery anode piece 62, the battery contact piece 61 isn't connected with the battery anode piece 62, and the massager is turned off; referring to FIG. 8, when the rotation dish 33 is rotated to the position shown in FIG. 8, the third tap position 334 is aligned with the operation flag "open" 15, the battery contact piece 61 isn't connected with the battery anode piece 62, the massager is turned off, and meanwhile the two side ears 321 of the rotation shaft 32 are aligned with the two recesses 111 of the keyhole 11, such that the rotation shaft 32 is in an unlocked state and the upper cover 30 can be removed.

Claims (9)
1. A mini massager comprising a massager main body, a battery disposed in the massager main body, an upper cover screwed on the massager main body and a waterproof ring disposed on an inner side of the upper cover,characterized in that: the mini massager further comprises a waterproof ring support and a battery support disposed on the inner side of the upper cover, the waterproof ring support is fixedly connected to the battery support, the waterproof ring is disposed on the waterproof ring support, the battery support is provided with a battery contact piece and a battery anode piece electronically connected to the battery; the upper cover comprises an upper cover main body, a rotation shaft disposed in the inner side of the upper cover and a rotation dish sleeved outside the rotation shaft and rotatable with the rotation shaft, the massager main body is provided therein with a keyhole, the rotation shaft passes through the waterproof ring support and the battery support successively and extends into the keyhole, the rotation dish is disposed between the waterproof ring support and the battery support, and the rotation dish is provided with a battery leaf spring configured for connection/disconnection between the battery contact piece and the battery anode piece.

The mini massager according to claim 1,characterized in that: the waterproof ring comprises a first waterproof ring, a center of the waterproof ring support is provided with a center hole to be inserted by the rotation shaft, a peripheral of the center hole is provided with a first clamping groove, and the first waterproof ring is disposed in the first clamping groove.

The mini massager according to claim 1 or 2,characterized in that: the waterproof ring further comprises a second waterproof ring, the waterproof ring support is provided with a circle-shaped side wall extending into the massager main body, the side wall is provided with a second clamping groove, and the second waterproof ring is disposed in the second clamping groove.
4. The mini massager according to claim 1,characterized in that: the waterproof ring support is fixedly connected to the battery support through a screw.
5. The mini massager according to claim 1 or 4,characterized in that: a bottom of the battery support is provided with a locating post, a locating hole is disposed in the massager main body, and the locating post is inserted into the locating hole.
6. The mini massager according to claim 1,characterized in that: the keyhole is symmetrically provided with two recesses, and the rotation shaft is correspondingly provided with side ears capable of extending into the two recesses respectively and being locked after rotation.
7. The mini massager according to claim 1,characterized in that: the center of the rotation dish is provided with a through hole to be inserted by the rotation shaft, the through hole is provided with a third clamping groove, and the rotation shaft is correspondingly provided with a clamping block to be embedded into the third clamping groove.
8. The mini massager according to claim 1 or 7,characterized in that: the rotation dish is provided with three tap positions, an outer side of the massager main body is provided with operation flags corresponding to the three tap positions.
9. The mini massager according to claim 1,characterized in that: the battery leaf spring is provided with tentacles connected with the battery contact piece and the battery anode piece respectively.
