Abstract

The patent claimed to protect the in-situ method of addition of a specific group of Chemical substances to protect metals in transformers and other insulating oil filled apparatuses from sulphidation caused by elemental sulphur. The purpose is to provide a cost efficient alternative method for the apparatuses owners in combination with providing a significant environmental advantage.
