BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Fields of the invention

The present invention relates to a tool box, especially to a tool box that includes a plurality set of projecting locking rods arranged at a housing. A positioning part corresponding to the projecting locking is disposed on a center of a bottom side of a box. Thus a plurality of boxes with different shapes is stopped and fixed on the housing. The tool box is more convenient to use.

Descriptions of Related Art

Generally, a conventional tool box includes two corresponding cases fastened with each other. A plurality of receiving slots or spaces formed by partitions/steps for receiving tools and parts with different uses is arranged at the tool box. The parts can be adjustable spanners, screw drivers, nuts, nails, etc. However, during the movement of the user, the parts separated by partitions are easy to be scattered around or lost. Moreover, the slots or partitions are fixed in the tool box, unable to be removed or assembled again. The user can't only carry the parts according

to their needs.

When the user needs more tools and parts, the tools and parts should be received in the tool box well-organized and orderly. Refer to Taiwanese Pat. No. M466770, a tool box is revealed. The tool box mainly includes a case and a plurality of boxes. The case consists of a first housing and a second housing pivotally connected with each other. A plurality of projecting pins is set on the first housing. A step-like concave portion is arranged at the bottom of the box. The step-like concave portion is corresponding to the projecting pins and used for stopping and fixing the box. Although the boxes can be mounted in the tool box by the projecting pins fitted in the step-like concave portion, boxes in the tool are still shaken during movement of the user. Moreover, the box should be a cuboid. The boxes with other shapes such as circular are unable to be mounted into the tool box.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a tool box in which a plurality of boxes with different shapes is arranged at corresponding projecting locking rods firmly. The tool box will not be messy and tools will not scattered around. Users can only carry the boxes required and the weight of the tool box is reduced.

In order to achieve the above object, a tool box of the present invention includes a first housing, a second housing pivotally connected to the first housing and a plurality of boxes. The first housing is disposed with a plurality set of projecting locking rods. Each box is arranged with a positioning part on a center of a bottom side thereof. The positioning part is corresponding to the projecting locking rods and used for stopping and fixing the box on the first housing. Thus a plurality of boxes with different shapes is stopped and fixed on the housing firmly. The box can be a cylinder or a cuboid.

The bottom side thereof the box is further arranged with a concave portion. The concave portion is also used for fixing the box.

The box is disposed with a cover håving a shape corresponding to the box and closely connected to the box.

The first housing is disposed with at least one pivot shaft and the second housing is arranged with a receiving slot corresponding to the

pivot shaft.

The first housing is set with a handle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Ref er to Fig. 1, a tool box of the present invention includes a first housing 1, a second housing 2 and a plurality of boxes 3.

The first housing 1 is disposed with a plurality set of projecting locking rods 11 therein. Each set of projecting locking rods 11 are arranged in pairs and corresponding to each other.

The second housing 2 is pivotally connected to the first housing 1.

The box 3 is arranged with a positioning part 31 on a center of a bottom side and a concave portion 33 on the bottom side thereof. The positioning part 31 is corresponding to the projecting locking rods 11 and used for stopping and fixing the box 3. The concave portion 33 is also used for fixing the box 3. The box 3 can be cylinder or a cuboid.

Moreover, the tool box of the present invention further includes a pivot shaft 12, a handle 13 and a receiving slot 21 corresponding to the pivot shaft 12. The handle 13 is disposed on the first housing 1 so that users can carry the tool box conveniently. The pivot shaft 12 is arranged at the second housing 2 and the receiving slot 21 is mounted on the second housing 2. By the pivot shaft 12 pivotally connected to the receiving slot 21, the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 can be opened and closed. The first housing 1 is further set with at least one loop fastener (not shown in figure) while the second housing 2 is disposed with at least one hook (not shown in figure). Thus the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 are connected and fixed in a hook-and-loop way.

Refer to Fig. 2, the projecting positioning part 31 at the center of the bottom side of each box 3 is just mounted between the pair of projecting locking rods 11. Users can mount or remove different boxes 3 according to their requirements. Each box 3 with different shape or size includes a cover 32 for prevents parts or objects in the box 3 from scattered around.

Refer to Fig. 3, a plurality of boxes with different shapes and sizes is mounted between the projecting locking rods 11 of the first housing 1 correspondingly for being fixed on the first housing 1. Even users are walking or moving, the boxes 3 in the tool box can still be mounted between and positioned by the projecting rods 11 stably, without being moved.

In summary, the tool box of the present invention has following advantages: 1. The plurality sets of projecting locking rods is disposed on the housing while the projecting positioning part is arranged at the center of the bottom side of the box. Thus the boxes with different shapes and sizes are mounted between the projecting locking rods stably. 2. The present invention provides projecting locking rods with simple structure. Each box with different shape and size can be mounted easily between the projecting locking rods according to user's requirements. The user can change the position of the boxes. The boxes can be installed and removed conveniently. 3. The user can select the boxes they need according to the work load each time. The useless boxes can be tåken out. The weight of the tool box is reduced and the user's loading is relieved.

Additional advantages and modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspects is not limited to the specific details, and representative devices shown and described herein. Accordingly, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. A tool box comprising: a first housing 1 disposed with a plurality set of projecting locking rods 11 therein; the projecting locking rods 11 are arranged in pairs and corresponding to each other; a second housing 2 that is pivotally connected to the first housing 1; and a plurality of boxes 3 each of which is arranged with a positioning part 31 on a center of a bottom side and the positioning part 31 is corresponding to the projecting locking rods 11.

2. The tool box as claimed in claim 1, wherein a concave portion 33 is arranged at the bottom side of the box 3 and the concave portion 33 is used for stopping and fixing the box 3.

3. The tool box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box 3 is a cylinder or a cuboid.

4. The tool box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box 3 is arranged with a cover 32 håving a shape corresponding to the box 3 and closely connected to the box 3.

5. The tool box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first housing 1 is disposed with at least one pivot shaft 12 and the second housing 2 is arranged with at least one receiving slot 21 corresponding to the pivot shaft 12.

6. The tool box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first housing 1 is arranged with a handle 13.
