Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fjernavlesning av målere i henhold til hvilken man benytter et kommunikasjonsnettverk basert på radiobølger der nettverket omfatter moduler (40-44) som er assosiert med målerne som skal fjernavleses, en datamaskin (48) og konsentratorer (45, 46). Ifølge oppfinnelsen utføres radiokommunikasjonen mellom modulene (40-44) og konsentratorene (45, 46) i et UHF-frekvensbånd mens radiokommunikasjonen mellom konsentrasjonene (45, 46, 47) utføres i et VHF-frekvensbånd. Fortrinnsvis utføres radiokommunikasjonen mellom de mellomliggende konsentratorene selv (45, 46) og mellom mellomkonsentratorene (45, 46) og hovedkonsentratoren (47) ved en frekvens som er lik eller nær 169 MHz og radiokommunikasjonen mellom modulene (40-44) og de mellomliggende konsentratorene (45, 46) foretas ved en frekvens nær ved eller lik 433 eller 868 MHz.
