Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte og et system for avkjøling av et undersjøisk produksjonsfluid av hydrokarbonprodukt fra over en faststoffdannelsestemperatur for videre transport under nevnte temperatur i form av slurry, der fremgangsmåten omfatter trinnene, med tilføre av produksjonsfluidet gjennom en lumen der varme blir overført gjennom lumenveggen til et omgivende kjølemiddel, slik som sjøvann, for utfelling av materiale som er oppløst i produksjonsfluidet, samt trinnet med å løsne mulig vedheftet faststoff fra lumenveggen ved hjelp av en runner som passerer med produksjonsfluidstrømmen gjennom lumenen. Fremgangsmåten er karakterisert ved at runneren for å løsne faststoffet fra lumenveggen er magnetiserbar og blir aktivt drevet under passeringen gjennom lumenen. Fremgangsmåten kan utføres i et system som omfatter en magnetiserbar runner som blir drevet gjennom lumenen ved hjelp av induksjonsspoler innrettet omkring lumenen.The invention relates to a method and a system for cooling a subsea hydrocarbon product production fluid from above a solid formation temperature for further transport under said temperature in the form of slurry, the method comprising the steps of supplying the production fluid through a lumen where heat is transferred through a lumen wall. ambient refrigerant, such as seawater, for precipitation of material dissolved in the production fluid, as well as the step of loosening possible adherent solids from the lumen wall by means of a runner passing the production fluid flow through the lumen. The method is characterized in that the runner for releasing the solid from the lumen wall is magnetizable and is actively driven during passage through the lumen. The method can be carried out in a system comprising a magnetizable runner driven through the lumen by means of induction coils arranged around the lumen.
