Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en kompressorenhet (1), særlig for undersjøisk drift, hvor motorens (2) stator (16) har forbindelse med en egen kjøling (40). Hensikten med oppfinnelsen er å tilveiebringe en kjøling for elektromotorens stator som på den ene siden gir fremragende driftssikkerhet og på den andre siden ikke krever noen stoffveksling med omgivelsene under driften. Kjølingen (40) er derfor utformet slik at under driftsbetingelser foregår det et naturlig omløp av et kjølemedium (56) i statorens (16) kjøling (40). En avgjørende fordel med den nye kompressorenheten (1) er at den egne kjølingen (40) for statoren (16) kan avstemmes nøyaktig etter statorens driftsbetingelser, og at man særlig på den ene side kan ta hensyn til den store tapseffekten og på den annen side kan ta hensyn til denne komponentens ømfintlighet.
