Oppfinnelsen omhandler en underlagsplate for å danne en forbindelse mellom en bergbolt festet med støpemasse eller på annen måte forankret i et borehull og et overflatestøttende element slik som et armeringsnett, betong eller tynne sprayede foringer. Anordningen ifølge oppfinnelsen tjener til å etablere en kompatibel forbindelse mellom bergbolter og overflatestøtteelementnett og/eller sprayet betong i et grunnstøttesystem. Hovedanvendelsesområdene for oppfinnelsen er gruvedrift, tunnelbygging og andre underjordiske utgravninger hvor grunnstøttemidler er er nødvendige.
