Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for å hindre korrosjon av metalloverflater i sure miljøer samt korrosjonsinhibitorblanding til bruk ved utførelse av fremgangsmåten. Korrosjonsinhibitorblandingen omfatter visse kombinasjoner av følgende komponenter: en gruppe 15 metallkilde, en kanelaldehydforbindelse, en ytterligere aldehydforbindelse, en acetylenforbindelse, et overflateaktivt middel, en jodkilde og et løsningsmiddel. Ved enkelte utførelsesformer kan én eller flere av disse komponentene utelates. Korrosjonsinhibitorblandingen kan besitte ønskelige miljømessige egenskaper som er spesielt egnet for bruk i brønnmiljøer. Korrosjonsinhibitorblandingen krever ikke nærvær av kvaternære ammoniumforbindelser eller Mannich kondensasjonsforbindelser.Process for preventing corrosion of metal surfaces in acidic environments as well as corrosion inhibitor mixture for use in carrying out the process. The corrosion inhibitor mixture comprises certain combinations of the following components: a group of metal source, a cinnamal aldehyde compound, an additional aldehyde compound, an acetylene compound, a surfactant, an iodine source and a solvent. In some embodiments, one or more of these components may be omitted. The corrosion inhibitor mixture may possess desirable environmental properties which are particularly suitable for use in well environments. The corrosion inhibitor mixture does not require the presence of quaternary ammonium compounds or Mannich condensation compounds.
