Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for prosessering av seismikkdata innbefattende en samling av seismikktraser med ulike forskyvning eller forskyvninger, innbefattende trinnene: a) oppbryting av én eller flere første traser i samlingen av seismikktraser til en serie av trasesegmenter i samsvar med et forutbestemt segmenteringsintervall, b) definering av en serie av ekspansjonskoeffisienter, hvor hver ekspansjonskoeffisient er tilordnet et segment av den eller de første traser, e) anvendelse av den tilordnede ekspansjonskoeffisient for hvert segment av den eller de første traser, d) sammenligning av den/de således ekspanderte første traser med en andre trase fra samlingen av seismikktraser for evaluering av likheten, e) gjentagelse av trinnene b), c) og d) med en ny serie av ekspansjonskoeffisienter, og f) bestemmelse av en optimal serie av ekspansjonskoeffisienter som maksimerer likheten mellom den/de første ekspanderte traser og den andre trasen for oppnåelse av én eller flere korrigerte første traser.
