Abstract

Utførelsesformer av foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer systemer og fremgangsmåter for å utlede en kildesignatur for en gruppe seismiske kilder for marin seismisk analyse, hvor systemene og fremgangsmåtene innbefatter faktorer for å bestemme kildesignaturen ved å ta hensyn til både havbunns- og havoverfiaterefieksjoner av signaler frembrakt av de seismiske kildene. Ifølge noen aspekter blir refieksjonskoeffisienter for havoverflaten og havbunnen og relative lengder av baner mellom et seismisk kildebilde og en detektor anvendt på en rekke simultanligninger som blir løst ved å bruke målinger av trykkfeltet som frembringes av gruppen ved et antall kjente posisjoner, for å bestemme individuelle kildesignaturer for hver seismisk kilde i gruppen, og disse individuelle kildesignaturen kan så overlagres for å til veiebringe en kildesignatur for gruppen som tar hensyn til havbunnsrelfeksjoner av utganger fra de seismiske kildene.
