Abstract
Et apparat for å måle fluidresistivitet omfatter et strømningsrør innrettet for å stå i fluidkommunikasjon med formasjonsfluider, der strømningsrøret omfatter en første seksjon med et første strømledende område, en andre seksjon med et andre strømledende område, og en isolerende seksjon anordnet mellom den første seksjonen og den andre seksjonen for å hindre direkte elektrisk kommunikasjon mellom den første seksjonen og den andre seksjonen; en første toroid og en andre toroid som omgir strømningsrøret henholdsvis rundt den første seksjonen og den andre seksjonen, der den første toroiden er innrettet for å indusere en elektrisk strøm i et fluid i strømningsrøret og den andre toroiden er innrettet for å måle den elektriske strømmen som blir indusert i fluidet i strømningsrøret; og en elektronikkenhet for å styre funksjoner ved den første toroiden og den andre toroiden.
