Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for behandling av underjordiske formasjoner for å øke produksjonen. Den er spesielt anvendelig i hydrokarbonbrønner som er lange, for eksempel lengre enn én kilometer. Fremgangsmåten tilveiebringer økt produksjon fra en primær brønnboring ved å avskjære denne brønnboringen med en sekundær brønnboring, nær den hydrokarbonproduserende sonen, slik at syrebehandlingsfluid eller annet behandlingsfluid kan rettes mot krysningsstedet.
