Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en metode og apparatur for et segmentert antennesystem. Metoden innbefatter å bestemme en orientering til en første antenne, hvor den første antennen innbefatter et flertall av segmenter for å sende og motta signaler, å bestemme en retning fra den første antennen til den andre antennen som er i stand til i det minste å sende og motta signaler, og å velge i det minste ett av et flertall av segmenter til den første antennen ved å bruke den bestemte orienteringen til den første antennen og den bestemte retningen.
