Abstract

Fremgangsmåte og apparat for å komplettere ukonsoliderte, underjordiske soner penetrert av laterale brønner. Det plasseres et perforert rør, som eventuelt kan inneholde et sandfilter, i den laterale brønn. Det perforerte rør har åpninger som varierer i størrelse eller antall, eller begge deler, langs lengden av det perforerte rør. Ringrommet mellom veggene av brønnen og det perforerte rør blir isolert og partikulært materiale blir injisert inn i ringrommet slik at det blir homogent pakket i ringrommet. Variasjonen i størrelse eller/og antall av åpninger i det perforerte rør er slik at formasjonsfluider vil strømme inn i røret med hovedsakelig samme rate langs lengden av røret.
