Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for overvåkning av strømning i et strømningsrør. Ifølge oppfinnelsen omfatter fremgangsmåten de følgende trinn: tilveiebringelse av en strømningsrørledning med en eneste fotondetektor i en første posisjon på omkretsen av røret, en første fotonkilde ved en andre posisjon på omkretsen av røret, idet detektoren og den nevnte første kilde definerer en første korde over røret, og én eller flere ytterligere fotonkilder i posisjoner på omkretsen av røret og som definerer én eller flere ytterligere korder over røret; densiteten over nevnte første korde bestemmes fra impulstallverdien detektert fra den første kilde ved hjelp av detektoren; og densitetene over nevnte én eller flere ytterligere korder bestemmes fra impulstallverdien detektert fra nevnte én eller flere ytterligere kilder av detektoren for å bestemme avsetningen av faststoff i røret.
