Abstract
Det har blitt oppdaget at det kan utvikles fraktureringsfluidblandinger for vellykkede fraktureringsfluidoperasjoner for dypvanns-komplettering. Disse fluidene må pumpes over relativt lange distanser fra offshore-plattformer til reservoaret, og de utsettes ofte for et bredt temperaturområde. Under disse betingelsene er det nødvendig å hemme dannelsen av gasshydrater i fraktureringsfluidblandingene, samt å forsinke tverrbindingen av gelene som dannes for så å øke viskositeten for fluidene før frakturering av formasjonen. Fortrinnsvis anvendes to forskjellige gasshydratinhibitorer for å sikre anbringelse av en gasshydratinhibitor i de fleste delene av operasjonen. I tillegg er det som med alle offshore-eller. dypvanns-hydrokarbonutvinningsoperasjoner viktig at komponentene i fraktureringsfluidblandingene er miljøvennlige og/eller biologisk nedbrytbare.It has been discovered that fracturing fluid mixtures can be developed for successful fracturing fluid operations for deep water completion. These fluids must be pumped over relatively long distances from offshore platforms to the reservoir, and they are often exposed to a wide temperature range. Under these conditions it is necessary to inhibit the formation of gas hydrates in the fracturing fluid mixtures, as well as to delay the crosslinking of the gels which are formed and then increase the viscosity of the fluids before fracturing the formation. Preferably, two different gas hydrate inhibitors are used to ensure placement of a gas hydrate inhibitor in most parts of the operation. In addition, it is as with all offshore or. deepwater hydrocarbon recovery operations It is important that the components of the fracturing fluid compositions are environmentally friendly and / or biodegradable.
