Abstract

The pick-up of an agricultural harvester, includes two fixed knives and two rotary knives. The knives may be straight or have an undulated blade shape. The arrangement enables e.g. harvest for baling to be picked up by the pins of the rakes. Hay or straw is thus cut to the required length to improve the baling. A pick-up pin arrangement includes guide plates which are tangential fixed in a horizontal direction of a protruding plate section. The rotary knives are mounted on a rotary shaft. The pick-up pins are mounted on a second rotary shaft.

Claims
