De uitvinding betreft een soreekprothese voor qe-laryngectomeerden (mensen zonder stembanden). welke aeolaatst wordt in een kanaaltie (fistel) tussen luchtpijp (trachea) en slokdarm (oesoohaqus) en door welke het mooelijk is 5 uitademingslucht te persen van trachea naar oesophaaus, waarna door de laatste opluid oeoroduceerd wordt. Ren deraeliike prothese is bekend onder de naam Panje voice-prothesis (Fa.
