Abstract

The propelling device, e.g. for a user on self-sustaining water skis, comprises a stick-like grip forming part of a thrust surface. This comprises a flexible circular foil (1) with radial stiffening at equal interspaces along its circumference. The radial stiffeners have a length smaller than the radius of the circle.
