Abstract

The mounting assembly is for the fixing in place of insulating panels on roofs and walls, light fittings etc., comprising a flexible head portion, pref. of plastic, with a central opening in which a bar is clamped, and of disc shape. A number of radial ribs (4) are formed on the head portion (1), their inner ends defining the opening (6). The latter communicates with a wider hole (9) formed between two adjacent ribs. The bar (7) is first inserted in the hole and then moved sideways to snap it into place in the central opening.
