Abstract

The screen projection is of a movable light spot for training equipment in navigation, and uses a unit, with adjustable opening and a light source which illuminates this opening. The unit contains two movable elements. Each element has a transparent slot (19, 20) for the light from the light source. The two slots (19, 20) intersect in a point (18) which represents the opening. Driving elements (25) move the two elements independent of each other and thus displace the opening. Each of the two elements contains a plate which up to a thin, straight transparent line does not transmit light. The line forms the slot. The plates are adjacent to each other.
