Abstract

The wrapping is for sheets of paper etc, having two protective sheets joined by a ridge. The ridge (2) has near its edges (5, 6) by which it joins onto the sheets fixing devices (7-12). These accommodate the mating ends (22, 23) of an insert (20, 21) fitting between the ridge edges. They can be so shaped as to allow the insert to be slid in from the end, and can be integral with the ridge, and the mating ends with the insert. The devices can be trough-shaped, and closed at one end. The insert can be in the form of a plate, with thickened portions along the edges, fitting in the trough sections.
