Abstract

One or more pairs of rake rotors run in opposite directions on vertical axes, each rotor having tines movable in relation to the rest of the rotor. Each tine is adjustable and lockable in different operating positions, in one at least of which the crop-shifting part of the tine is in a trailing attitude. In another position this part of the tine extends roughly parallel to the axis and radially. A pair of guides are mounted on the machine for the shifted crop. One of the positions can be such that each tine is in the thrusting position, and part of each tine can extend parallel to a plane at right angles to the axis.
