Abstract

To make leadtrack and code readers less complicated, the leadtrack itself is used as part of the code. Just before any interchange the leadtrack is interrupted and this interruption is part of the direction code which makes additional deflection codes unnecessary. The transporter has a length measurement element ot measure the interruption and compares it with given data to determine whether the correct interchange has been reached. Therefore the electronic code reader to receive the diversion signal can now be less sensitive and therefore less prone to interference.
