Abstract
The hospital is constructed by erecting particular coordinating sections, to which standardised units are joined using a systemised building process, in variable patterns. The method is simply and clearly arranged and thus easily carried out, e.g. a 530 bed hospital may be built in a 2 1/2 year period. The standard units used in the construction are interchangeable, permitting separate ends to be erected for e.g. nursing, clinics, laboratory, dispensary, X-ray, kitchen, nursing staff accommodation, stores, etc.
