Abstract

The arrangement is intended for a number of stations served by electric vehicles (2). Each station is provided with a packing strip (1) capable of accommodating a number of vehicles and with means for charging the batteries of the vehicles and controlling the vehicles from a central point common to all the stations. The central point comprises automatic control and registration means connected with automatic check-in means (5) on the stations for the users of the vehicles. The charging means and/or the automatic control and registration means may comprise one or more conducting rails (4) arranged above the strip and engaged by contact means (3) on the vehicles.
