Abstract
Stripper blade is used with a drainage tray fitted with a sieve plate for the mfe of cheese, in which the sieve plate and blade can move uniformly relative to each other with the leading edge of the blade passing over the sieve plate surface. The strip is so constructed and takes up such a position w.r.t. the sieve plate, that an edge zone adjacent to the leading edge of the blade makes a larger acute angle with the sieve plate, than the zone connected thereto.
