Abstract

Dough is introduced into a processing device which simultaneously pumps the dough. It consists mainly of an eccentric-worm pump from where the dough is fed without virtually any further mechanical processing to the baking tin filler device or similar. Specifically, before the inlet opening of the eccentric-worm pump a number of processing blades moving towards the inlet opening act on the dough which blades are bigger and/or have a greater mechanical effect than would be required minimally to feed the dough to the pump stator in sufficient quantity.
