Description
YARN GUIDING DEVICE FOR TEXTILE MANUFACTURING MACHINE
The present invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a yarn guiding device for a textile manufacturing machine.
Textile originally comes from the general term of spinning and weaving, but with the continuous development and improvement of the textile knowledge system and discipline system, especially after the emergence of non-woven textile materials and three-dimensional composite knitting and other technologies, the current textile not only covers traditional manual spinning and weaving, but also includes textile products for clothing, industry and decoration, produced with non-woven technology, modern three-dimensional knitting technology, modern electrostatic nano-networking technology, and other technologies. Therefore, modern textile refers to a multiscale structure processing technology of fibers or a bundle of fibers. Textile and printing and dyeing technologies in ancient China have a long history. As early as the primitive society, the ancients, for the purpose of adapting to climate changes, have learned how to draw on local resources, using natural resources as textiles and printing and dyeing raw materials as well as making simple textile tools manually. To this day, clothing, safety airbags, curtains, and carpets in daily life are all products arising from the textile and printing and dyeing technologies.
Yarns in textile are processed to form products with a certain fineness with a variety of textile fibers, which are used for fabrics, rope making, scutching, knitting, embroidery, and the like. During yarn processing, semifinished products or finished products need to be wound in a certain form to facilitate storage, transport and processing for the next procedure, which is called winding. The winding process should be carried out continuously without product output and quality, and should achieve continuous production among procedures to reduce quality problems arising from the winding process. The spinning process generally includes raw material preparation, opening and scutching, carding, impurity removal, mixing, drawing, combination, twisting, winding, and other actions, part of which is achieved by repeated operations. At present, the guiding device is required for the winding process of spinning. The existing guiding device is mostly achieved by punching, which is prone to yarn fracture; and once yarn fracture is caused, the tangling of the yarns is easy to cause in the winding process, resulting in time and energy wastes.
The present invention aims to provide a yarn guiding device for a textile manufacturing machine, which solves the problem arising in the background art.
In order to fulfil the above objective, the technical scheme of the present invention is as follows: A yarn guiding device for a textile manufacturing machine includes a guiding platform and a base, wherein cylinders are arranged on two sides on a top of the base, push rods are arranged on tops of the cylinders, fixed bars are arranged on two sides of the guiding platform, a guiding wheel is installed on a top of each of the fixed bars, a pressure sensor is installed on the guiding platform on one side of the fixed bar, a top of the pressure sensor is connected with a first spring, a carrier block is installed on an end of the first spring, a pressure roller is installed on the carrier block, chutes are formed in the middle on the top of the guiding platform, slide bars are installed on tops of the chutes, carrier rollers are installed on tops of the slide bars, a second spring is installed between the carrier rollers, a controller is installed on a right side of the guiding platform, the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the controller, third springs are installed in the carrier rollers, and flexible rubber sleeves are covered outside the third springs.
Preferably, two ends of the guiding wheels, the pressure roller and the carrier rollers are provided with fixing shafts, respectively.
Preferably, a gap between the chutes and the slide bars is not smaller than 1 cm, and the number of the chutes and the slide bars is 2.
Preferably, the push rods are fixedly connected to the guiding platform by fastening bolts.
Preferably, a height difference between the guiding wheels and the pressure roller is not smaller than 20 cm.
Preferably, an end of the second spring is fixed to the slide bars by a steel wire, and the third springs are fixed to the carrier rollers by the steel wire.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
The present invention has a novel structure and is easy to operate. The second spring is arranged between the slide bars at the bottoms of the carrier rollers, and the chutes are formed at the bottoms of the slide bars, so that the yarns achieve a certain tensioning effect under the action of force in the transverse direction; the third springs and the flexible rubber sleeves are arranged on the carrier rollers, so that the yarns also have the tensioning function under the action of force in the longitudinal direction, thereby buffering the interference of the yarns by an external force during transfer; and meanwhile, the pressure sensor and the pressure roller are arranged, so that the case of yarn fracture can be fed back to a controller terminal in a timely manner to achieve the fast processing effect, reduce the possibility of yarn fracture, prevent yarn tangling, and improve the work efficiency. The present invention has the high practicality, which improves the function of yarn guiding device for the textile manufacturing machine in operation, and ensures its operation effect and benefits, and thus, it is suitable to be widely popularized.
