Claims (5)
1. Werkwijze voor het construeren van een scènepunt voor een blootstellingsmodel voor pesticiden in oppervlaktewater van droge gewassen in een stroomgebied, omvattende de volgende stappen: 1) het verkrijgen van een landgebruiksverdelingskaart in het stroomgebied; 2) principes voor het construeren van het scènepunt, waarbij de principes een locatieselectieprincipe, een gewasselectieprincipe en een waterlichaamselectieprincipe omvatten; 3) het construeren van een scène a, het voorlopig screenen van het scènepunt: het berekenen van het percentiel en de beschermingsgraad voor elk deelgebied van het stroomgebied op basis van bodemkenmerken en neerslagomstandighe- den, en het voorlopig bepalen van een of meer alternatieve scène- punten in het stroomgebied op basis van verzamelde neerslag en het gehalte aan organische stof in de bodem van elke deelgebied ; en b, het bepalen van het scènepunt: het bepalen van een specifieke locatie en een gewastype van het scènepunt in overeenstemming met een gewasplantgebied, de beschermingsgraad en de bodemtextuur; en in de vooraf gescreende alternatieve scènepunten, het bepalen, op basis van deskundige besluitvorming en beoordeling, van een defi- nitief scènepunt op basis van de plantsituatie, de bodemtextuur en de verspreidingsfactoren voor bodemsoorten van een specifiek drooglandgewas.
2. Werkwijze voor het construeren van een scènepunt voor een blootstellingsmodel voor pesticiden in oppervlaktewater van droge gewassen in een stroomgebied volgens conclusie 1, waarbij: in de stap van de principes van het construeren van het scènepunt, het locatieselectieprincipe omvat: jaarlijkse neerslag: het selecteren van een gebied met 70e tot 90e percentiel jaarlijkse neerslagbereik; organische stof in de bodem: het selecteren van een gebied met een bereik van 10e tot 30e per- centiel organische stof; bodemtextuur: een gebied selecteren met leem of matige klei; het gewasselectieprincipe omvat: het selecteren van de droge ge-
wassen met een groter plantoppervlak in het stroomgebied, of het selecteren van lokale karakteristieke en typische gewassen; en het waterlichaamselectieprincipe: waterlichaamtypen omvatten vij- vers en rivieren.
3. Werkwijze voor het construeren van een scènepunt voor een blootstellingsmodel voor pesticiden in oppervlaktewater van droge gewassen in een stroomgebied volgens conclusie 2, waarbij de sub- stap van het voorlopig screenen van het scènepunt voor het con- strueren van de scène omvat: het berekenen van het percentiel van de neerslag en de organische stof van verschillende bodemsoorten door een percentielfunctie te gebruiken, het 70e tot 90e percen- tiel jaarlijkse neerslagbereik en het 10e tot 30e percentiel orga- nische stofbereik te berekenen, en punten te screenen die voldoen aan de beschermingsgraad rond de 95e als alternatieve scènepunten.
4. Werkwijze voor het construeren van een scènepunt voor een blootstellingsmodel voor pesticiden in oppervlaktewater van droge gewassen in een stroomgebied volgens conclusie 3, waarbij, in de substap van het voorlopig screenen van het scènepunt, een formule voor het berekenen van de beschermingsgraad is: P=1-X(1-Y) waarbij X het percentiel van de organische stof voorstelt; Y staat voor percentiel van de neerslag.
5. Werkwijze voor het construeren van een scènepunt voor een blootstellingsmodel voor pesticiden in oppervlaktewater van droge gewassen in een stroomgebied volgens conclusie 4, waarbij, in de substap van het bepalen van het scènepunt voor het construeren van de scène, principes van de deskundige besluitvorming en beoorde- ling omvatten: of de bodemtextuur de leem of de matige klei is; of het gebied voor het planten van gewassen een van de belangrijkste lokale regio's voor het planten van droge gewassen is, en repre- sentatief is voor de situatie van het planten van gewassen in een hele regio; en of het geconstrueerde scènepunt voldoet aan de be- schermingsgraad rond 95e.
