Abstract
The present invention provides a packaging film releasing and conveying device, including: a film releasing mechanism used for fixing a film roll and releasing the film 5 roll to form a released film; a balance tensioning mechanism arranged on one side of the film releasing mechanism and used for tensioning the released film; a film conveying mechanism arranged on one side of the balance tensioning mechanism and used for conveying the released film to a preset position; and a coating guide mechanism arranged below the film conveying mechanism and including a cross 10 sliding table and a suction disk bracket; the cross sliding table is connected to the suction disk bracket and is used for driving the suction disk bracket to slide in two perpendicular directions; a swing motor; a film resisting roller and a plurality of suction disks are arranged on the suction disk bracket.
Description
PACKAGING FILM RELEASING AND CONVEYING DEVICE
[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of coating packaging, in particular to a packaging film releasing and conveying device.
[02] A packaging film is a high-polymer material used to wrap a surface of an object and mainly used to isolate the object from contacting an external environment or to prevent external pollutants, so as to prevent deterioration of the object and prolong the expiration date of the object. When a packaging film is used for packaging, the packaging film needs to be machined and transported first. Traditional devices for machining before conveying and packaging of packaging films have problems of locking and curling of packaging films, a large error in a conveying position, and the like.
[03] In view of this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging film releasing and conveying device.
[04] An embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging film releasing and conveying device, including:
[05] a film releasing mechanism used for fixing a film roll and releasing the film roll to form a released film;
[06] a balance tensioning mechanism arranged on one side of the film releasing mechanism and used for tensioning the released film;
[07] a film conveying mechanism arranged on one side of the balance tensioning mechanism and used for conveying the released film to a preset position; and
[08] a coating guide mechanism arranged below the film conveying mechanism and including a cross sliding table and a suction disk bracket, wherein the cross sliding table is connected to the suction disk bracket and is used for driving the suction disk bracket to slide in two perpendicular directions; a swing motor, a film resisting roller and a plurality of suction disks are arranged on the suction disk bracket; the suction disks are all connected to the swing motor; the swing motor is used for driving all the suction disks to swing; the film resisting roller is arranged below all the suction disks; the suction disks are used for sucking the released film; and the film resisting roller is used for resisting the released film and covering the released film on a surface of a product to be coated.
[09] Further, the cross sliding table includes a horizontal screw rod and a vertical screw rod; the horizontal screw rod includes a horizontal motor and a first ball screw; the horizontal motor is connected with the first ball screw; the vertical screw rod includes a vertical motor and a second ball screw; and the first ball screw is connected with the vertical motor and is perpendicular to the second ball screw.
[10] Further, a longitudinal sliding table is arranged on the second ball screw; and one side of the longitudinal sliding table is connected with the suction disk bracket.
[11] Further, the film releasing mechanism includes a film releasing motor and an expansion shaft; the film releasing motor is connected with the expansion shaft; the expansion shaft passes through the film roll and tightens the film roll; and the film releasing motor is used for driving the expansion shaft to rotate, thus rotatably releasing the film roll.
[12] Further, the film releasing motor is connected with a speed reducer, and an output shaft of the speed reducer passes through a bearing and is connected with the expansion shaft.
[13] Further, the balance tensioning mechanism includes a vertical rectangular tensioning framework; two vertical edges of the tensioning framework are sleeved with a horizontal slidable floating roller; one end of the floating roller is provided with a travel switch; the travel switch is connected to the film releasing motor; the released film bypasses a position below the floating roller; and the travel switch is used for monitoring a film releasing speed and controlling the film releasing speed of the film releasing motor.
[14] Further, a lower end of each of the two vertical edges of the tensioning framework is provided with a buffer spring, and an upper end of the buffer spring supports the floating roller.
[15] Further, the film conveying mechanism includes a bracket, a two-way cylinder, a movable film guide roller and a fixed film guide roller; two ends of the movable film guide roller are slidably arranged on the bracket; the fixed film guide roller is rotatably arranged on the bracket; the two-way cylinder and the fixed film guide roller are respectively arranged on two sides of the movable film guide roller; the two-way cylinder is connected with the movable film guide roller through an adjustment spring; the two-way cylinder is used for controlling the adjustment spring to pull the movable film guide roller to slide, thus adjusting a distance for allowing the released film to pass between the movable film guide roller and the fixed film guide roller.
[16] Further, the packaging film releasing and conveying device includes an electric control system; the electric control system is connected to the film releasing mechanism and the coating guide mechanism respectively and is used for adjusting the film releasing speed of the film releasing mechanism and positions of the suction disks of the coating guide mechanism.
[17] Further, a swing angle of each suction disk is less than 120°.
[18] The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention achieves the following beneficial effects: according to the packaging film releasing and conveying device of the present invention, the film releasing mechanism can actively release a film; the balance tensioning mechanism adjusts a tension on the released film; the film conveying mechanism stably conveys the released film; the coating guide mechanism partially adjusts the position of the released film, so that the released film can reach a designated position and accurately cover a surface of a product to be coated; and the problems of locking and curling of a packaging film in a machining process before conveying and packaging, a large error in a conveying position, and the like are solved.

[25] In order to make the objectives, the technical solutions and the advantages of the present invention clearer, descriptions will be further made to the implementations of the present invention below in combination with the accompanying drawings.
[26] Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging film releasing and conveying device, including a film releasing mechanism 1, a balance tensioning mechanism 2, a film conveying mechanism 3 and a coating guide mechanism 4.
[27] Referring to FIG. 2, the film releasing mechanism 1 is used for fixing a film roll and releasing the film roll 5 to form a released film 6; the film releasing mechanism includes a film releasing motor 11 and an expansion shaft 14; the film releasing motor
11 is connected to a speed reducer 12; an output shaft of the speed reducer 12 passes through a bearing and is connected with the expansion shaft 14; the bearing is arranged in a bearing pedestal 13; the expansion shaft 14 is used for sleeving the film roll 5; the expansion shaft 14 passes through an inner hole of the film roll 5 and tightens the film 5 roll 5; the film roller 5 is replaced by pushing; the expansion shaft 14 is ventilated and expanded after being sleeved with the film roll 5, which increases a friction force between the expansion shaft 14 and the inner hole of the film roll 5 and ensures no slip between the film roll 5 and the expansion shaft 14; the film releasing motor 11 rotates to drive the expansion shaft 14 to rotate, so that the film roll 5 is rotatably released to form the released film 6, thus achieving active film releasing; and the expansion shaft 14 prevents the film roll 5 from slipping to affect the coating effect.
[28] Referring to FIG. 3, the balance tensioning mechanism 2 is arranged on one side of the film releasing mechanism 1. The balance tensioning mechanism 2 includes a vertical rectangular tensioning framework, upper and lower edges of which are fixed shafts 21; the two vertical edges are guide optical axes 22; the two guide optical axes 22 are sleeved with slidable horizontal floating rollers 23; one buffer spring 24 is arranged below two ends of each of the floating rollers 23; the two buffer springs 24 are respectively sleeved on the two guide optical axes 22; an upper end of each buffer spring 24 supports one end of the floating roller 23; one end of each floating roller 23 is provided with a travel switch 25; and the travel switch 25 is connected with the film releasing motor 11 and is used for adjusting a film releasing speed of the film releasing motor 11. In this embodiment, the travel switch 25 is a guide rod linkage travel switch, which is used for determining an upward sliding distance of the floating roller 23 and is inclined relative to the tensioning framework. When the floating roller 23 moves to be close to an upper edge of the tensioning framework, a guide rod of the travel switch 25 contacts the fixed shaft 21 and is stressed to rotate and be triggered.
[29] The released film 6 bypasses a position below the floating roller 23. When the film releasing speed of the film releasing mechanism 1 is less than a film pulling speed at the back, the floating roller 23 will move upward along the guide optical axis 22 under the pulling action of the released film 6, and the floating roller 23 drives the travel switch 25 to move upwards together. When the floating roller 23 rises to be close to the fixed shaft 21 at the upper edge of the tensioning framework, the travel switch 25 is triggered, and the film releasing motor 11 needs to be controlled to rotate to increase the film releasing speed; and after the film releasing speed is greater than the film pulling speed at the back, one cycle of a dynamic balance is completed. The film releasing mechanism 1 can cooperate with the balance tensioning mechanism 2 to make rolling up and releasing of the film roll 5 in the dynamic balance all the time. The tension of the released film 6 here is decided by the gravity of the floating roller 23, so that the tension can be adjusted to the most suitable tension range as required to ensure stable running of the entire device.
[30] Referring to FIG. 4, the film conveying mechanism 3 is arranged on one side of the balance tensioning mechanism 2. The film conveying mechanism 3 includes a film conveying bracket 31, a two-way cylinder 32, a movable film guide roller 33 and a fixed film guide roller 34. The film conveying bracket is provided with two opposite slideways 37; two ends of the movable film guide film 33 are respectively arranged in the two slideways 37, so that the movable film guide roller 33 can slide along the slideways 37; two ends of the fixed film guide roller 34 are provided with rotating shafts, and the fixed film guide roller is rotatably arranged on the film conveying bracket 31 through the two rotating shafts; one rotating shaft 1s connected to the film conveying motor 35; the two-way cylinder 32 and the fixed film guide roller 34 are respectively arranged on two sides of the movable film guide roller 33; each of two ends of the movable film guide roller 33 is perpendicularly connected to one end of one adjustment spring 36; the other end of the adjustment spring 36 is connected to the two-way cylinder 32; the two-way cylinder 32 is used for controlling the adjustment spring 36 to pull the movable film guide roller 33 to slide, thus adjusting a gap for allowing the released film 6 to pass between the movable film guide roller 33 and the fixed film guide roller 34; the film conveying motor 35 drives the fixed film guide roller 34 to rotate to provide certain power for the movement of the released film 6. The film conveying mechanism 3 conveys the released film 6 to a preset position.
[31] Referring to FIG. 5, the coating guide mechanism 4 is arranged below the film conveying mechanism and includes a cross sliding table and a suction disk bracket 49; the cross sliding table includes a horizontal screw rod and a vertical screw rod; the horizontal screw rod includes a horizontal motor 41 and a first ball screw 42; the horizontal motor 41 is connected with the first ball screw 42; the vertical screw rod includes a vertical motor 43 and a second ball screw 44: and the first ball screw 42 is connected with the vertical motor 43 and is perpendicular to the second ball screw 44. A longitudinal sliding table 45 is arranged on the second ball screw 44; one side of the longitudinal sliding table 45 is connected to the suction disk bracket 49; a swing motor 46, a film resisting roller 48 and a plurality of suction disks 47 are arranged on the suction disk bracket 49; all the suction disks 47 are connected with the swing motor 46; the film resisting roller 48 is arranged below all the suction disks 47; and the swing motor 46 is used for driving all the suction disks 47 to swing. In this embodiment, a swing angle of the suction disk 47 is 120°, so that fitting of a trajectory of the suction disk 47 1s more reasonable and efficient. The horizontal motor 41 drives the first ball screw 42 to work to enable the vertical screw rod 43 to move in one direction. The vertical motor 43 drives the second ball screw 44 to work to enable the vertical sliding table 45 to move in the other perpendicular direction. Limiting switches can be arranged on the first ball screw 42 and the second ball screw 44 to limit moving distances.
Therefore, the suction disk bracket 49 can move in the two perpendicular directions, so that a packaging film reaches an accurate position. The suction disks 47 are used for sucking the released film 6. The film resisting roller 48 is used for resisting the released film 6 and covering the released film 6 on a surface of a product to be coated.
[32] The packaging film releasing and conveying device provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes an electric control system. In this embodiment, the film releasing motor 11, the horizontal motor 41, the vertical motor 43 and the swing motor 46 all adopt servo motors. The electric control system is connected to the film releasing motor 11 of the film releasing mechanism 1 and is used for adjusting a film releasing speed of the film releasing mechanism 1. The electric control system is also connected to the horizontal motor 41, the vertical motor 43 and the swing motor 46 and is used for adjusting positions of the suction disks 47.
[33] According to the packaging film releasing and conveying device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, during coating of the product, the film roll 5 is mounted on the expansion shaft 14. The film releasing motor 11 actively releases a film.
The released film 6 bypasses the lower part of the floating roller 23 to obtain a proper tension and then passes between the movable film guide roller 33 and the fixed film guide roller 34 and reaches the preset position. The suction disks 47 suck the released film 6, and the film resisting roller 48 resists against the released film 6 to press and cover the released film 6 on the surface of the product to be coated.
[34] Related position words such as front, rear, upper and lower herein are defined by positions of parts in the drawings and positions between the parts, which are only for the clarity and convenience of expressing the technical solution. It should be understood that the use of the position words should not limit the scope of protection claimed in the present application.
