Description

COTTON KNITTED FABRIC WITH ANTIBACTERIAL, DEODORIZING AND MILDEW-
PROCE PERFORMANCES
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fab- rics, in particular to a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and mildew-proof performances.
BACKGROUND ART
With the development of economy and society and the improve- ment of people's living standards, people pay more attention to the comfort and functionality of clothing fabrics.
Cotton fabrics are favored by consumers due to desirable warmth retention and breathability. However, under a suitable tem- perature and humidity, the cotton fabric is very easy to breed bacteria and fungi after being damp, and become a desirable para- site for the survival and reproduction of microorganisms; the bred bacteria and fungi can be harmful to the human body, causing skin infections and odors on fabrics stained with sweat and human se- cretions. Moreover, these microorganisms can also contaminate the cotton fabrics and cause damages, thereby affecting the service life and quality of the cotton fabrics.
In the prior art, to avoid the above problems of cotton fab- rics, non-cotton fabrics are usually used instead. For example,
Chinese patent CN208121303U disclosed an antibacterial knitted fabric, where a front side of the antibacterial knitted fabric is woven with a hydrophilic yarn, and the hydrophilic yarn is a poly- ester filament treated by hydrophilicity; and a reverse side of the antibacterial knitted fabric is woven from an antibacterial yarn, and the antibacterial varn is a blended yarn of antibacteri- al fibers and special-shaped polyester fibers; moreover, the anti- bacterial knitted fabric forms a double-sided structure through a tucking structure; the front side of the antibacterial knitted fabric is flat and smooth, and the reverse side is a diamond- shaped and concave-convex pattern; and a minimum pattern on the reverse side has 6 rows of loops and 3 columns of the loops, and the minimum pattern on the reverse side of the antibacterial knit- ted fabric has 6 feeds as a cycle. Therefore, on the one hand, since this solution does not adopt cotton fabrics, although some problems caused by damped cotton fabrics are avoided, the rela- tively desirable warmth retention and air permeability are also lost; on the other hand, the different materials on both sides of this solution have different structures, resulting in a complicat- ed processes and limited use.
In addition, Chinese patent CN208362605U disclosed a ribbed fabric, where a front side includes front pattern loops, a reverse side includes reverse pattern loops, and the front pattern loops and the reverse pattern loops each include four rows of loops and four columns of the loops; meanwhile, in a triangle configuration diagram, a looping triangle, a tucking cam and a non-woven trian- gle in the front pattern loops are symmetrically arranged with the looping triangle, the tucking cam and the non-woven triangle in the reverse pattern loops. That is to say, this solution adopts a symmetrical structure on both sides, which is necessary to distin- guish the front and back sides during use, causing certain re- strictions; moreover, it is not clear whether antibacterial and deodorization functions are exerted because that this solution does not use materials with the antibacterial and deodorization functions.
