DISINFECTION SYSTEM FOR NOVEL CORONAVIRUS OF FOOD QUTER PACKAGE IN
COLD-CHAIN LOGISTICS
The present disclosure relates to the field of cold-chain lo- gistics, in particular to a disinfection system for novel corona- virus of a food outer package in cold-chain logistics.
The cold-chain logistics means that refrigerated and frozen foods are always kept in specified low-temperature environment in all links from production, storage, transport, and sales to con- sumption. As the low-temperature environment is conductive to a long-term survival of novel coronavirus, a mode of “object-to- human transmission” that an infection is caused by a contact of polluted cold-chain goods or a transnational freight transport at low temperature may play a key role in an outbreaking and a trans- mission of coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19).
A cold chain can achieve food fresh keeping, but it is a route of viral transmission. Once a cold-chain food and/or a food package is infected by a virus in production and circulation links, a low-temperature and high-humidity environment of the tra- ditional cold chain is conductive to keeping a vitality of the vi- rus in a virus stage, which may result in the viral transmission.
Therefore, there is a need to provide an effective disinfection system for the novel coronavirus of the outer package of the cold- chain food. An efficient disinfection for the cold-chain goods is the most effective method for obstructing the route of the “ob- ject-to-human transmission” of the virus, however, there are prob- lems, such as huge workloads in virus detection and disinfection, easiness in icing of the conventional disinfectant, incapability of thorough disinfection, and a generation of harmful disinfection by-products, in an actual cold-chain disinfection work, which need to be solved effectively.
To solve the above technical problems, the technical solu-
tions of the present disclosure are as follows: a disinfection system for novel coronavirus of a food outer package in cold-chain logistics, including a first-level disinfection unit, a second- level disinfection unit, and a third-level disinfection unit which are communicated sequentially, where a plurality of sets of hypo- chlorous acid sprayers, a plurality of sets of constant tempera- ture drying devices + ultraviolet germicidal lamps, and a plurali- ty of sets of negative oxygen ion generators which are connected with a remote monitoring unit are respectively arranged in the first-level disinfection unit, the second-level disinfection unit, and the third-level disinfection unit; a conveyor runs through the first-level disinfection unit, the second-level disinfection unit, and the third-level disinfection unit; a carrying manipulator and an identification code sticking manipulator corresponding to the conveyor are arranged at an inlet of the first-level disinfection unit, which are used for carrying a cold-chain food to the convey- or, and sticking an identification code on the outer package of the cold-chain food on the conveyor; the plurality of sets of hy- pochlorous acid sprayers are arranged in the first-level disinfec- tion unit; the plurality of sets of constant temperature drying devices + ultraviolet germicidal lamps are arranged in the second- level disinfection unit; and the plurality of sets of negative ox- ygen ion generators are arranged in the third-level disinfection unit.
Further, portions where the conveyor is positioned in each disinfection unit include a plurality of conveyor belts and roll- over beds which are arranged in a staggered mode.
Further, the plurality of sets of hypochlorous acid sprayers, the plurality of sets of constant temperature drying devices + ul- traviolet germicidal lamps, and the plurality of sets of negative oxygen ion generators which are connected with the remote monitor- ing unit are arranged in the first-level disinfection unit, the second-level disinfection unit, and the third-level disinfection unit respectively.
Further, a detection separation unit and an accepted product temporary storage depot are also arranged at an outlet of the third-level disinfection unit; and the detection separation unit is connected with the inlet of the first-level disinfection unit by a recycling channel.
Further, a length of the first-level disinfection unit is no less than 4 m; and the lengths of the second-level disinfection unit and the third-level disinfection unit are no less than 3 m.
Upon an adoption of the above solutions, the present disclo- sure has the following advantages: in the system, the novel coro- navirus on the food package can be killed effectively under a suc- cessive action of the three levels of disinfection units, thereby cutting off a route of transmission of the novel coronavirus on a cold-chain food and the food package on the basis of no pollutions to the cold-chain food and environment.
A disinfection system for novel coronavirus of a food outer package in cold-chain logistics, including a first-level disinfec- tion unit, a second-level disinfection unit, and a third-level disinfection unit which are communicated sequentially, where a plurality of sets of hypochlorous acid sprayers, a plurality of sets of constant temperature drying devices + ultraviolet germi- cidal lamps, and a plurality of sets of negative oxygen ion gener- ators which are connected with a remote monitoring unit are re- spectively arranged in the first-level disinfection unit, the sec- ond-level disinfection unit, and the third-level disinfection unit; a carrying manipulator and an identification code sticking manipulator corresponding to a conveyor are arranged at an inlet of the first-level disinfection unit, which are used for carrying a cold-chain food to the conveyor, and sticking an identification code on the outer package of the cold-chain food on the conveyor; the plurality of sets of hypochlorous acid sprayers are arranged in the first-level disinfection unit; the plurality of sets of constant temperature drying devices + ultraviolet germicidal lamps are arranged in the second-level disinfection unit; and the plu- rality of sets of negative oxygen ion generators are arranged in the third-level disinfection unit.
As a preferred implementation of the embodiment, portions where the conveyor is positioned in each disinfection unit include a plurality of conveyor belts and roll-over beds which are ar- ranged in a staggered mode.
As a preferred implementation of the embodiment, a hypo- chlorous acid sprayer detection device, a plurality of sets of constant temperature drying devices + ultraviolet germicidal lamp intensity detection devices, and a negative oxygen ion detection device which are connected with a central control unit are ar- ranged in the first-level disinfection unit, the second-level dis- infection unit, and the third-level disinfection unit respective- ly.
As a preferred implementation of the embodiment, a detection separation unit and an accepted product temporary storage depot are also arranged at an outlet of the third-level disinfection unit; and the detection separation unit is connected with the in- let of the first-level disinfection unit by a recycling channel.
As a preferred implementation of the embodiment, a length of the first-level disinfection unit is no less than 4 m, and a width is no less than 1.2 m; and the lengths of the second-level disin- fection unit and the third-level disinfection unit are no less than 3 m, and the widths are no less than 1.2 m. Specific dimen- sions can be set according to specific cases.
During an implementation, the manipulator carries the cold- chain food to the conveyor, and the identification code sticking manipulator sticks the identification code on the outer package of the cold-chain food; then, the cold-chain food passes through the first-level disinfection unit, the second-level disinfection unit, the third-level disinfection unit, and a plurality of sets of neg- ative oxygen ion generators and detection devices sequentially along with the conveyor, and meanwhile, various parameters in all units are detected by the hypochlorous acid sprayer detection de- vice, the ultraviolet intensity detection devices, and the nega- tive oxygen ion detection device in each disinfection unit as well as a cloud data platform to determine whether or not a concentra- tion in each unit reaches a standard; each disinfection unit is made of a stainless steel plate, in which the conveyor is connect- ed with automatic roll-over beds, making the cold-chain food roll over automatically, thereby making the food can be disinfected uniformly in all directions;
An operating principle of each hypochlorous acid sprayer in the first-level disinfection unit is that a disinfection is imple- mented for 30 s by electrolytic hypochlorous acid water with a pH 5 of below 6.5, and an active chlorine concentration of above 60 ppm in a volume of spray being larger than 10 ml/m’, which can kill novel coronavirus effectively.
The plurality of sets of constant temperature (60°C) drying devices are arranged in the second-level disinfection unit, which are matched with the ultraviolet germicidal lamps to kill the nov- el coronavirus. A wavelength coverage of a wave emitted from an internal surface of each ultraviolet germicidal lamp ranges from 200 to 270 nm, and a wavelength of a central wave for a steriliza- tion is 253.7 nm; under sufficient ultraviolet intensity and irra- diation time, all microorganisms can be killed, including the nov- el coronavirus; and an ultraviolet ray kills a molecular structure of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) in a cell with a novel coronavirus structure, resulting in a death of a growing-up cell and a reproductive cell, and thus, an effect of killing the novel coronavirus is achieved. In a novel coronavirus ultraviolet disinfection technology, the novel coronavirus, vari- ous bacteria, and pathogens are killed by an irradiation of ultra- violet light with a high technology, a high efficiency, a high strength, and a long service life at an NUC wave band on the basis of a modern epidemic prevention, a medical science, and a photody- namics in conjunction with a special design; and in a large space scene, the ultraviolet lamps with a power of 1.25 KW, which kill the novel coronavirus and the bacteria quickly, destroy a cell membrane and cytoplasm of the cell by a microwave oscillation. In a design of the system, a plurality of sets of ultraviolet equip- ment can emit the extremely large and strong ultraviolet rays in all directions to achieve an effect of killing the novel corona- virus thoroughly.
A principle of the negative oxygen ion generators in the third-level disinfection unit to kill the novel coronavirus is that a free electron is released and is combined with an oxygen molecule to form a negative oxygen ion in air; the negative oxygen ion generated by the air negative oxygen ion generator makes sol particles of the novel coronavirus in the air coagulated; a super- oxygen ion is a free radical that may poses a damage to the cell, which can kill a cold-chain virus; a large quantity of negative oxygen ions generated by the negative oxygen ion generator can ad- sorb various bacteria, and viruses, including the novel corona- virus, resulting in a death of the novel coronavirus arising from a structural change or an energy transfer, and meanwhile, as free electrons in the negative oxygen ions are negatively charged, while the novel coronavirus in the outer package of the cold-chain food, gels of the novel coronavirus in the air, and a marten fur imported from Northern Europe may be positively charged, positive charges and negative charges generate electric sparks upon colli- sion to release a large amount of heat, making the novel corona- virus killed at a high temperature.
Under the action of the third-level disinfection units, the novel coronavirus on the outer package of the cold-chain food can be killed completely, and all other viruses, pathogenic microor- ganisms, and bacterial spores, such as Escherichia coli, Legionel- la, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes,
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacterium burgeri, Clostridium botulinum,
Vibrio parahemolyticus, Tritirachium album, mycete, poliomyelitis virus, and Bacillus subtilis, will be killed, with a killing rate of above 99.99%. The third-level disinfection unit further achieves good effects, such as an elimination of PM 10, and PM 2.5. The system can be widely applied in customs, ports, logis- tics, warehousing, and hypermarkets, which is used for killing the novel coronavirus and other pathogenic microorganisms on the outer package of the cold-chain food.
Each disinfection function in the present disclosure can be achieved in an independent airtight unit, which can kill the novel coronavirus on the outer package of the cold-chain food in all di- rections, without any dead angle;
The system has the following characteristics: (1) the system is powerful in the functions and high in an operating efficiency, and can kill any virus, including the novel coronavirus, and other pathogenic microorganisms; (2) sub-quality products are brought back to the inlet by the conveyor belt for a secondary disinfec- tion. (3) During a running, the system neither kills the novel coronavirus of the cold-chain food by any chemical disinfectant and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, nor causes any pollu- tion to the cold-chain food, which can ensure a safety of the food, without changing any physical and chemical property of the food, and can kill various viruses and bacteria of the food com- pletely to improve a freshness of the food; (4) the system is suitable for any environment, which can operate normally in any hostile environment, without any pollution and noise disturbance to ambient environment; and (5) energy is saved.
The present disclosure and the implementation are described, but the actual structure is not limited thereto.
