Abstract

The present disclosure provides a composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol. The composite honey paste comprises the following components: honey and a liquid medicine component A, wherein the liquid medicine component A is mainly prepared by the 5 following steps: soaking Puerariae ‚Radix, HOvenia acerba Lindl. seeds, Lycii Fructus and Crataegus _pinnatifida Bunge in water; decocting; removing residues; adding Ananas comosus, sugar oranges and white granulated sugar into the obtained filtrate; performing temperature—controlled fermentation by using saccharomycetes; lO heating and boiling; cooling; filtering to remove residues; and concentrating the obtained filtrate. The composite honey paste for dispelling the effects of alcohol provided by the present disclosure is an alcohol—effect—dispelling drink with a unique formula and good taste. Meanwhile, the composite honey paste for 15 dispelling the effects of alcohol provided by the present disclosure is simple in preparation method, medicinal and edible materials are used, the alcohol—dispelling effect is satisfactory, and the requirements of industrial production are met.

PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure provides a composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol, and belongs to the technical field of production of alcohol-effect-dispelling functional drinks.

BACKGROUND ART

More and more people need various kinds of entertainments in the society, and drinking is naturally indispensable for enter- tainments. However, drinking too much alcohol makes it uncomforta- ble, which can cause serious damage to the stomach and liver, and sometimes it will be accompanied by headaches.

At present, it is widely recognized that honey can dispel ef- fects of alcohol. The natural honey is rich in fructose, and fruc- tose can speed up the elimination of alcohol in the blood. After people drink natural honey, the fructose in natural honey can be directly absorbed by human body that needs not to be digested by the digestive system, so it can reach the blood in a few minutes, even faster than infusion in the hospital. Honey contains a lot of fructose, which can accelerate the metabolism of ethanol and quickly catabolize the alcohol in the body. But the pure honey has no effect on protecting the liver.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the present disclosure discloses a composite honey paste for dispelling ef- fects of alcohol. The present disclosure also aims to provide a method for preparing a composite honey paste for dispelling ef- fects of alcohol.

A composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol comprises the following components: honey and a liquid medicine component A, wherein the liquid medicine component A is prepared by the following steps:

(1) Soaking Puerariae Radix, Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds,

Lycii Fructus and Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge with water, decoct- ing, removing residues and reserving obtained filtrate a; (2) Adding Ananas comosus, sugar oranges and white granulat- ed sugar into the filtrate a obtained in the step (1): (3) Adding saccharomycetes into mixture suspension obtained in the step (2) and fermenting at controlled temperature; and (4) Heating and boiling the mixture suspension obtained in the step (3), cooling, filtering and removing residues, and con- centrating the obtained filtrate to obtain the liquid medicine component A.

Preferably, the mass fraction ratio of the honey to the lig- uid medicine component A is 7: 3.

Preferably, the mass fraction ratio of Puerariae Radix to

Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds to Lycii Fructus to Crataegus pinnati- fida Bunge in the step (1) is 2: 2: 1: 1.

Preferably, water which is 8 times that of Puerariae Radix,

Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds, Lycii Fructus and Crataegus pinnati- fida Bunge is added into the mixture suspension in the step (1), the mixture suspension is soaked for 8 hours and is decocted for 3 times, and each time lasts for 100-120 minutes.

Preferably, the Ananas comosus in the step (2) is cut into small dices and the mass of the added Ananas comosus is 20% of the mass of the filtrate a; the sugar orange is crushed and the mass of the added sugar orange is 20% of the mass of the filtrate a; and the mass of the added white granulated sugar is 20% of the mass of the filtrate a.

In the step (3), the amount of the saccharomycetes added into the mixture suspension is as follows: 10 g of saccharomycetes is added into each 50 kg of the mixture suspension and the mixture suspension is fermented at the controlled temperature of 28°C for 3 days.

In the step (4), the mixture suspension is heated and boiled, and is cooled and then filtered to remove residues; and the ob- tained filtrate is concentrated by 9 times to obtain the liquid medicine component A.

A method for preparing a composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) Preparing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 parts of Puerariae Radix, 2 parts of Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds, 1 part of Lycii Fructus and 1 part of Crataegus pinnatifida

Bunge; (2) Soaking the raw materials in water which is 8 times the mass of the raw materials for 8 hours, boiling and decocting for three times, wherein each time lasts for 100-120 minutes; (3) Filtering a mixture obtained in the step (2) to remove residues and reserving decoction filtrate; (4) Adding Ananas comosus dices which account for 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate, crushed white sugar oranges which account for 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate and white granulated sugar which accounts for 20% of the mass of the decoc- tion filtrate into the decoction filtrate; (5) Adding 10 g of saccharomycetes into every 50 kg of mix- ture suspension obtained in the step (4), and fermenting for 3 days at 28°C in a temperature control manner; (6) Filtering the mixture suspension obtained in the step (5) to remove residues, and concentrating the filtrate by 9 times to obtain concentrated filtrate; and (7) Mixing the concentrated filtrate and honey in a ratio of 3: 7 in parts by mass to obtain the composite honey paste for dis- pelling effects of alcohol.

Further, the composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol obtained in the step (7) is sterilized and bagged to ob- tain a finished product of the composite honey paste for dispel- ling effects of alcohol.

The composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol has the beneficial effects as follows. The five main materials, namely honey, Puerariae Radix, Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds, Lycii

Fructus and Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge, have the functions of protecting liver, dispelling the effects of alcchol or assisting in dispelling the effects of alcohol, can quickly relieve gastro- intestinal tract and nervous system discomfort caused by drinking under the interaction, such as stomachache, bitter taste and dry mouth, nausea and vomiting, dizziness and headache, unconscious- ness, etc., and can also avoid hypoglycemia shock caused by drink- ing. The Puerariae Radix has the main effects of dispelling alco- holism, preventing vomiting and stopping polydipsia; the Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds assist the Puerariae Radix to enhance the ef- fects of dispelling the effects of alcohol and protecting liver; the Puerariae Radix and the Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds supplement each other to improve the effect of dispelling the effects of al- cohol and relieve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting, dizziness and headache and nerve paralysis caused by drinking. The Lycii

Fructus can nourish Yin and tonify kidney, relieve Yin fluid dam- aged by alccholism heat and relieve the bitter taste and dry mouth after drinking; in addition, the Lycii Fructus can promote the re- pair of liver injury and resist oxidation to assist in dispelling the effects of alcohol. The Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge and Ananas comosus can promote diuresis and dispel the effects of alcohol, enhance the digestion of meat and relieve poor appetite and stom- achache after drinking. The honey can harmonize the medicines to make the medicine property mild and enhance the effect of dispel- ling the effects of alcohol; and the fructose of the honey can avoid hypoglycemia shock caused by drinking after being absorbed by a human body. The granulated sugar orange provides vitamins and sugar to promote the fermentation process. C, Hovenia acerba Lindl. glycoside D, Hovenia acerba Lindl. glyco- side G, Hovenia acerba Lindl. glycoside G', Hovenia acerba Lindl. glycoside H, rhamnetin, Hovenia acerba Lindl. alkaloid A, Hovenia acerka Lindl. acid, glucose and calcium malate, mainly has the functions of inhibiting the center, reducing blood pressure, re- sisting lipid peroxidation and enhancing comprehensive physical ability, and can quench thirst, relieve restlessness, clear damp and heat and dispel the effects of alcohol.

Lycii Fructus: it contains abundant antioxidant substances such as lIycium barbarum polysaccharide, p-carotene, vitamin E, se- lenium and flavonoids, and has a good antioxidant effect. Lycii

Fructus can resist free radical peroxidation and reduce free radi- cal peroxidation damage, thus being conducive to delaying aging and prolonging life. Lycium barbarum polysaccharide has a protec- tive effect on experimental liver injury, can reduce serum glutam- ic-pyruvic transaminase, and promote liver injury repair. Experi- ments show that Lycii Fructus can inhibit fat deposition in liver cells and promote liver cell regeneration.

Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge: it contains chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and other acidic substances, thus the abundant acidic substances entering the body can increase the acidic components in the body, and gastric secretion in the body can be increased con- stantly, thereby promoting the metabolism speed in the body and consuming excess fat components in the body. Crataegus pinnatifida

Bunge has the effects of lowering blood pressure, lowering lipid, resisting oxidation, enhancing immunity, removing gastrointestinal harmful bacteria etc., and also can prevent liver cancer. Cratae- gus pinnatifida Bunge can help digestion, and has the efficacy of nourishing liver and removing fat.

Ananas comosuss: it is sweet in taste, slightly sour and slightly cold in nature, has the effects of clearing summer-heat, promoting the production of body fluid to relieve thirst and in- ducing urination, and can be used for treating symptoms such as summer-heat injury, fever, polydipsia, abdominal fullness and stuffiness, dyspepsia, difficult urination and dizziness. Moreo- ver, the fruit juice also contains an enzyme similar to gastric

Juice, and the enzyme can decompose proteins and help digestion.

As a common fruit, the Ananas comosuss has the effects of clearing summer-heat, relieving thirst, helping digestion and stopping di- arrhea, have the effects of tonifying spleen and stomach, rein- forcing vital energy, benefiting Qi and blood, helping digestion, eliminating dampness, beautifying and slimming, and is a seasonal fruit suitable for being eaten in summer. However, because the

Ananas comosuss is also cold in nature, it is not suitable for be- ing eaten too much. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure will be further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments. The following embodiments will help those skilled in the art to further understand the pre- sent disclosure, but they are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and do not limit the present disclosure in any form. Therefore, all equivalent changes made in accordance with the features and principles described in the scope of the patent application of the present disclosure shall be included in the scope of the patent application of the present disclosure.

Example 1

A method for preparing a composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 2 kg of Puerariae Radix, 2 kg of Hovenia acerba

Lindl. seeds, 1 kg of Lycii Fructus and 1 kg of Crataegus pinnati- fida Bunge, for later use; (2) Soaking the raw materials in water which is 8 times the mass of the raw materials (about 48 kg) for 8 hours, boiling and decocting for three times, wherein each time lasts for 100-120 minutes; and the time interval between each boiling is 40-60 min; (3) Filtering a mixture obtained in the step (2) to remove residues and reserving decoction filtrate;

(4) Adding 10 kg of Ananas comosus dices (accounting for 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate), 10 kg of crushed white sugar oranges (accounting for 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate), and 10 kg of white granulated sugar (accounting for 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate) into the decoction fil- trate; (5) Adding 10 g of saccharomycetes into every 50 kg of mix- ture suspension obtained in the step (4) (adding about 16 kg of saccharomycetes into about 80 kg of mixture suspension in the ex- ample), and fermenting for 3 days at 28°C in a temperature control manner; (6) Filtering the mixture suspension obtained in the step (5) to remove residues, and concentrating the filtrate by 9 times to obtain concentrated filtrate (about 9 kg of concentrated fil- trate in the example); (7) Mixing the concentrated filtrate and honey in a ratio of 3: 7 in parts by mass to obtain the composite honey paste for dis- pelling effects of alcohol (about 21 kg of honey needs to be add- ed, and mixed to obtain about 30 kg of the composite honey paste).

The composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol obtained in the step (7) is sterilized and bagged to obtain a fin- ished product of the composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol.

The composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol provided by the present disclosure is a drink for dispelling ef- fects of alcohol, which has a unique formula and good taste. In the formula, Puerariae Radix, Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds, Lycii

Fructus and Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge are matched and coordinat- ed with one another, and traditional Chinese medicine components are converted into small molecules from macromolecules by probiot- ics in combination with a fermentation process, and the small mol- ecules are fully absorbed by a human body; the curative effect is really accelerated, the effective components of the medicine are quickly absorbed and take effect; the medicine effect is really improved, and the effect of the fermented traditional Chinese med- icine is improved by over 4 times compared with the traditional

Chinese medicine; toxicity is decomposed in the fermentation pro-

cess, and toxic and side effects are really avoided; and the taste of the traditional Chinese medicine can be improved.

Meanwhile, the method for preparing the composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol is simple, the selected raw materials are all medicinal and edible food materials, industrial popularization is facilitated, and the results are satisfactory after verification by the applicable populations, which meets the needs of industrial production.

CONCLUSIONS

A compound honey paste for dispelling the effects of alcohol, comprising the following components: honey and a liquid drug component A, wherein the liquid drug component A is prepared by the following steps: (1) soaking Puerariae Radix, Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds, Lycii Fructus and Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge with water, boil, remove residues and keep the obtained filtrate a; {2} adding Ananas comosus, sugar oranges and granulated white sugar to the filtrate obtained in step (1); (3) adding saccharomycetes to the mixed suspension obtained in step (2) and fermenting at controlled temperature; and (4) heating and boiling the mixed suspension obtained in step (3), cooling, filtering and removing residues, and concentrating the obtained filtrate to obtain the liquid drug component A.

The compound honey paste for repelling the effects of alcohol according to claim 1, wherein the mass fraction ratio of the honey to the liquid drug component A is 7:3.

The compound honey paste for repelling the effects of alcohol according to claim 2, wherein the mass fraction ratio of Puerariae Radix to Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds to Lycii Fructus to Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge in step (1) is 2:2:1:1.

A method for preparing a compound honey paste for dispelling the effects of alcohol, comprising the following steps: (1) preparation of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 parts Puerariae Radix, 2 parts Hovenia acerba Lindl. seeds, 1 part Lycii Fructus and 1 part Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge; (2) soaking the raw materials in water that is 8 times the mass of the raw materials for 8 hours, boiling and decoctioning for three times, taking 100-120 minutes each time; (3) filtering a mixture obtained in step (2) to remove residues and storing the decoction filtrate; {4) adding Pineapple comosus cubes constituting 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate, crushed white sugar oranges constituting 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate and granulated white sugar constituting 20% of the mass of the decoction filtrate to the decoction filtrate ; (5) adding 10 g of saccharomycetes to each 50 kg of mixed suspension obtained in step (4), and fermenting at 28°C under controlled temperature for 3 days; (6) filtering the mixed suspension obtained in step (5) to remove residues, and concentrating the filtrate 9 times to obtain concentrated filtrate; and (7) mixing the concentrated filtrate and the honey in a ratio of 3:7 in parts by mass to obtain the formulated honey paste for dispelling the effects of alcohol
