Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic feeding and attaching device for a spraying and winding thermal insulation pipe, comprising a vertical welding frame, wherein a telescopic arm moving up and down is arranged on the vertical welding frame, the telescopic arm stretches leftwards and rightwards, and a polyethylene adhesive tape clinging device is arranged at a front end of the telescopic arm. According to the invention, the manual winding work of the large-diameter thermal insulation pipe can be replaced, the bonding of the polyethylene adhesive tape is completely mechanized, workers are prevented from directly contacting the high-temperature polyethylene adhesive tape, and the present invention is safer and higher in efficiency than prior art.
Description
[01] The invention relates to the field of thermal insulation pipes, in particular to an automatic feeding and attaching device for a spraying and winding thermal insulation pipe.
[02] At present, in the production process of the large-diameter thermal insulation pipe, polyethylene needs to be manually attached to the sprayed rotary thermal insulation pipe before winding is started, and although a worker wears gloves in the whole process, the worker still has the risk of being scalded due to polyethylene with more than 200°C.
[03] The invention aims to provide an automatic feeding and attaching device for a spraying and winding thermal insulation pipe, which solves the problem that polyethylene is manually attached which is unsafe.

(303) moving back and forth is connected above the supporting plate (302), the sliding plate (303) is provided with a vertical plate (304) at one end close to the back plate (301), the sliding plate (303) is provided with a first telescopic cylinder (305) vertically arranged at one end far away from the back plate (301), a motor seat (306) is arranged at a telescopic end of the first telescopic cylinder (305), a servo motor (307) arranged horizontally is provided on the motor seat (300), a swing arm (308) is arranged on a driving shaft of the servo motor (307), a carrier roller (309) with a horizontal axis is arranged at an upper end of the swing arm (308), two clamping fingers (310) are arranged above the carrier roller (309), the clamping finger (310) is connected with a movable end of a thumb cylinder (311), and the thumb cylinder (311) is fixed on the vertical plate (304);

[09] Preferably, a side plate (101) is arranged on one side of the vertical welding frame (1), an outer face of the side plate (101) is connected with the telescopic arm (2), a back face of the side plate (101) is vertically slidably connected on the vertical welding frame (1) through second sliding rail and sliding block structures (102) on both sides, a lifting seat (103) is arranged in a middle of the back face of the side plate (101), the lifting seat (103) is connected with a vertically arranged lead screw (104) through threads, both ends of the lead screw (104) are respectively rotatably connected with the lead screw seat (105), a top end of the lead screw (104) is in power connection with a lifting motor (106), and the lead screw seat (105) and the lifting motor (106) are fixed on the vertical welding frame (1).
[10] Preferably, the telescopic arm (2) comprises an L-shaped bracket (201), wherein a vertical portion of the L-shaped bracket (201) is connected with the side plate (101), a telescopic frame (202) and a hydraulic cylinder (204) for driving the telescopic frame (202) to slide along a sliding rod (203) are provided on a horizontal portion of the L-shaped bracket (201), and a front end of the telescopic frame (202) is connected with the back plate (301).
