Claims (17)
1. Werkwijze voor het afvangen van koolmonoxide (30) uit een fluïde mengsel (50) met gebruik van een adsorbens (100), waarbij het adsorbens (100) een grafietvlak (120) omvat dat pyridinische stikstof omvat, waarbij het adsorbens (100) Fe-Ny-sites (110) omvat, en waarbij de werkwijze omvat: - een adsorptiestadium (1) die het aan het fluide mengsel (50) blootstellen van het adsorbens (100) en het opleggen van een eerste potentiaal VI aan het adsorbens (100) omvat; en - een desorptiestadium (2) die het opleggen van een potentiaal V2 op het adsorbens (100) omvat; waarbij 0,4 V<V2-VI <1V.
2. De werkwijze volgens conclusie 1, waarbij tijdens het adsorptiestadium (1) de eerste potentiaal zodanig gekozen wordt dat ten minste 90 at.% van Fe in Fe-Ns-sites (110) Fe(II) omvat, en waarbij tijdens het desorptiestadium (2) de tweede potentiaal zodanig gekozen wordt dat ten minste 90 at.% Fe in Fe-Ny-sites (110) Fe(III) omvat.
3. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het adsorbens (100) ten minste 3,5 gew.% Fe omvat.
4. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het adsorbens (100) een uitwendig oppervlak (130) met een uitwendige oppervlaktesamenstelling omvat, de uitwendige oppervlaktesamenstelling, gebaseerd op röntgenfoto-elektronenmicroscopie, omvattende: - 0,1-20 gew.% O; - 60-90 gew.% C; - 3-15 gew.% N; -0,5-8 gew.% S; - 0,1-5 gew.% Fe; - 0,5-3 gew.% Zn.
5. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het adsorbens (100) een oppervlak Sa gekozen uit het bereik van 150 - 800 m?/g heeft; en waarbij het adsorbens (100) een porievolume V gekozen uit het bereik van 0,01 -0,5 cm?/g heeft.
6. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het adsorbens (100) ten minste 0,03 gew.% Fe-N;-sites omvat.
7. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij de werkwijze het tijdens het adsorptiestadium (1) aan een adsorptietemperatuur gekozen uit het bereik van 10 — 50 °C blootstellen van het adsorbens (100) omvat, en waarbij de werkwijze het tijdens het desorptiestadium (2) tot een desorptietemperatuur gekozen uit het bereik van 10 - 400 °C blootstellen van het adsorbens omvat.
8. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij de werkwijze het afwisselen tussen het adsorptiestadium (1) en het desorptiestadium (2) omvat, waarbij het adsorptiestadium (1) een adsorptieduur gekozen uit het bereik van maximaal één uur heeft, en waarbij het desorptiestadium (2) een desorptieduur gekozen uit het bereik van maximaal één uur heeft.
9. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij de eerste potentiaal V1 uit het bereik van 0 — 0,3 V vs. Ag/AgCl gekozen wordt, en waarbij de tweede potentiaal uit het bereik van 0,7 — 1 V vs. Ag/AgCl gekozen wordt.
10. De werkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het adsorbens (100) 3,5-12 gew.% Fe omvat, waarbij de werkwijze het tijdens het adsorptiestadium (1) aan een adsorptietemperatuur gekozen uit het bereik van 10 — 50 °C blootstellen van het adsorbens (100) omvat, en waarbij de werkwijze het tijdens het desorptiestadium (2) aan een desorptietemperatuur gekozen uit het bereik van 10-400 °C blootstellen van het adsorbens omvat, waarbij de werkwijze het afwisselen tussen het adsorptiestadium (1) en het desorptiestadium (2) omvat, waarbij het adsorptiestadium (1) een adsorptieduur gekozen uit het bereik van maximaal één uur heeft, en waarbij het desorptiestadium (2) een desorptieduur gekozen uit het bereik van maximaal één uur heeft, waarbij de eerste potentiaal Vl uit het bereik van 0 — 0,3 V vs. Ag/AgCl gekozen wordt, en waarbij de tweede potentiaal uit het bereik van 0,7 — 1 V vs. Ag/AgCl gekozen wordt, en waarbij het desorptiestadium het contacteren van de adsorbens (100) met een tweede fluïdum omvat, die, CO buiten beschouwing gelaten, een andere samenstelling heeft dan het fluïde mengsel (50).
11. Een systeem (200) voor het afvangen van koolmonoxide (30) uit een fluïde mengsel (50) met behulp van een adsorbens (100), waarbij het adsorbens (100) een grafietvlak (120) omvat dat pyridinische stikstof omvat, waarbij het adsorbens (100) Fe-Ns-sites (110) omvat, waarbij het systeem (200) een eerste elektrode (210), een fluidumstroomregeleenheid (230) en een ladingregeleenheid (240) omvat, waarbij het adsorbens (100) op de eerste elektrode (210) gerangschikt is, waarbij het systeem (200) een operationele modus omvat die een adsorptiestadium (1) en een desorptiestadium (2) omvat, waarbij: - het adsorptiestadium (1) omvat dat de fluïdumstroomregeleenheid (230) het adsorbens (100) aan het fluïde mengsel (50) blootstelt, en dat de ladingregeleenheid (240) een eerste potentiaal VI op de eerste elektrode (210) oplegt; en - het desorptiestadium (2) omvat dat de fluidumstroomregeleenheid (230) het adsorbens (100) aan een tweede fluidum (60) blootstelt, en dat de ladingregeleenheid (240) een tweede potentiaal V2 op de eerste elektrode (210) oplegt; waarbij 0,4 V < V2-VI<1V.
12. Een productiewerkwijze voor het verschaffen van een adsorbens (100), waarbij de productiewerkwijze een voorbereidingsstadium (401), een pyrolysestadium (402), een zuurwasstadium (403) en een reductiestadium (404) omvat, waarbij:
- het voorbereidingsstadium (401) het verschaffen van een metaal-organisch raamwerk (410) omvat, waarbij het metaal-organisch raamwerk (410) tetraédrisch gecoördineerde metalen omvat, waarbij de tetraëdrisch gecoördineerde metalen aan stikstof van organische liganden gecoördineerd zijn, waarbij 1- 15 at.% van detetraëdrisch gecoördineerde metalen Fe omvatten, en waarbij ten minste 85 at.% van de tetraëdrisch gecoördineerde metalen een metaal gekozen uit de groep omvattende Zn?* en Cd?” omvatten; - het pyrolysestadium (402) het gedurende 1-3 uur aan pyrolyse bij een temperatuur gekozen uit het bereik van 900 - 1500°C onderwerpen van het metaal- organische raamwerk (410) om een gepyrolyseerd materiaal (420) te verschaffen; - het zuurwasstadium (403) het gedurende een wasduur van 4-6 uur met een zure vloeistof (435) wassen van het gepyrolyseerde materiaal (420) omvat, waarbij de zure vloeistof een pH gekozen uit het bereik van < 3 heeft; en - het reductiestadium (404) het gedurende een reductieduur van ten minste minuten bij een reductietemperatuur gekozen uit het bereik van 250 — 500°C aan een reductiemiddel (445) blootstellen van het gewassen gepyrolyseerde materiaal (430) omvat; waardoor het adsorbens (100) verschaft wordt. 20 13. De productiewerkwijze volgens conclusie 12, waarbij het reductiemiddel (445) 5-20 v/v% Hs omvat.
14. De productiewerkwijze volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies 12-13, waarbij de reductietemperatuur uit het bereik van 300 — 500 °C gekozen wordt.
15. Een adsorbens (100) verkrijgbaar met de productiewerkwijze volgens één van de conclusies 12-14, waarbij het adsorbens (100) een grafietvlak (120) omvat dat pyridinische stikstof omvat, waarbij het adsorbens ten minste 0,06 gew.% Fe- Ns-sites omvat.
16. Een eerste elektrode (210) die het adsorbens (100) volgens conclusie 15 omvat.
17. Gebruik van het adsorbens (100) volgens conclusie 15 of de eerste elektrode (210) volgens conclusie 16 voor het afvangen van koolmonoxide (30).
