[0001] The invention relates to the field of biopharmaceuticals, and in particular to a dry powder inhalant capable of preventing respiratory tract transmission of mycobacterium tuberculosis.
[0002] Tuberculosis caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis invading the human body is a chronic wasting disease with strong infectivity. It is not affected by age, sex, race, occupation and region. Many organs and systems of the human body can suffer from tuberculosis, among which pulmonary tuberculosis is the most common. Healthy people will be infected after inhaling mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is highly contagious. A dry powder inhalant is one kind of powder spray, which refers to one or more drugs, which enter the respiratory tract in the form of dry powder after being administered by a special inhalation device and is an administration system which plays a systemic or local role. A mature dry powder inhalant consists of two parts: dry drug powder with an excellent performance, and an inhalation device.
[0003] However, the prior art is not conducive to storing a capsule receiving the dry drug powder. The capsule is prone to being affected with damp after stored for a long time. When the capsule is used, a through hole needs to be made by piercing the capsule, and then a patient is allowed to inhale the dry drug powder vigorously. The damp dry drug powder is obviously not conducive to the inhalation operation of the patient. Therefore, there is room for improvement in the convenience of storage and use.
[0004] An objective of the invention is to provide a dry powder inhalant capable of preventing respiratory transmission of mycobacterium tuberculosis, which improves the existing use structure, so that a patient can easily puncture a drug capsule to inhale dry drug powder.

[0007] Preferably, a moisture-proof layer is attached in the drawer, and the end of the first pressing rod located in the pipe hole is a sharp end.
[0008] Preferably, the receiving structure is connected with a disinfection structure, and the disinfection structure comprises a spray can body that is a bottle-shaped structure having an opening on the top thereof, a handle is movably installed at the opening, the handle is a hollow structure with a grip installed on one side thereof, a holding handle for pressing a spray can is installed on the handle, a second pressing rod is installed as penetrating the upper surface of the handle, one end of the second pressing rod is provided with a rubber plug, the rubber plug is sleeved with a sleeve, the sleeve is provided with a pipe hole through which the second pressing rod penetrates, the sleeve is connected with the lower surface of the handle, a liquid spraying pipe is installed beside the sleeve as penetrating the bottom of the handle, and the liquid spraying pipe is connected with a liquid outlet.
[0009] The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows.
[0010] 1. The invention includes a receiving structure. The first pressing rod is pressed by holding the spray can body with one hand, such that the spring is compressed to enable a sharp end of the first pressing rod to protrude to puncture a capsule for inhalation operation, and then the first pressing rod is released to restores the spring, such that the sharp end of the first pressing rod is driven to retract into the base. This takes less time, so that a patient can easily puncture a medicine capsule to inhale dry drug powder.
[0011] 2. The invention has a disinfection structure that can help a patient integrate the disinfection and cleaning operations before and after use of the dry powder inhalant into a use process, which can not only effectively prevent secondary infection caused by hand microbes entering the body along with the dry drug powder inhaled into the lung, but also be convenient and efficient, thereby improving the clinical practicability of the inhalation device in the dry powder inhalant.
