Description

DRY POWDER INHALANT CAPABLE OF PREVENTING RESPIRATORY TRACT TRANSMISSION OF MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to the field of biopharmaceuticals, and in particular to a dry powder inhalant capable of preventing respiratory tract transmission of mycobacterium tuberculosis.
BACKGROUD
[0002] Tuberculosis caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis invading the human body is a chronic wasting disease with strong infectivity. It is not affected by age, sex, race, occupation and region. Many organs and systems of the human body can suffer from tuberculosis, among which pulmonary tuberculosis is the most common. Healthy people will be infected after inhaling mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is highly contagious. A dry powder inhalant is one kind of powder spray, which refers to one or more drugs, which enter the respiratory tract in the form of dry powder after being administered by a special inhalation device and is an administration system which plays a systemic or local role. A mature dry powder inhalant consists of two parts: dry drug powder with an excellent performance, and an inhalation device.
[0003] However, the prior art is not conducive to storing a capsule receiving the dry drug powder. The capsule is prone to being affected with damp after stored for a long time. When the capsule is used, a through hole needs to be made by piercing the capsule, and then a patient is allowed to inhale the dry drug powder vigorously. The damp dry drug powder is obviously not conducive to the inhalation operation of the patient. Therefore, there is room for improvement in the convenience of storage and use.

[0018] Referring to FIG. 1, as shown in it, a dry powder inhalant capable of preventing respiratory transmission of mycobacterium tuberculosis, includes an inhalation device receiving dry drug powder, wherein the inhalation device includes a receiving structure;
[0019] a drawer 8 is movably installed in the receiving structure, a base 10 is installed beside the drawer 8, a spring 11 is fixedly connected to the top end of the base 10, a first pressing rod 12 is sleeved in the spring 11, the base 10 is provided with a pipe hole through which the first pressing rod 12 penetrates, and one end of the first pressing rod 12 is located in the pipe hole.
[0020] A moisture-proof layer is attached in the drawer 8, and the end of the first pressing rod 12 located in the pipe hole is a sharp end. The receiving structure is connected with a disinfection structure, and the disinfection structure includes a spray can body 1 that is a bottle-shaped structure having an opening on the top thereof, a handle 2 is movably installed at the opening, the handle 2 is a hollow structure with a grip installed on one side thereof, a holding handle 3 for pressing a spray can is installed on the handle 2, a second pressing rod 4 is installed as penetrating the upper surface of the handle 2, one end of the second pressing rod 4 is provided with a rubber plug 7, the rubber plug 7 is sleeved with a sleeve 6, the sleeve 6 is provided with a pipe hole through which the second pressing rod 4 penetrates, the sleeve 6 is connected with the lower surface of the handle 2, a liquid spraying pipe 5 is installed beside the sleeve 6 as penetrating the bottom of the handle 2, and the liquid spraying pipe 5 is connected with a liquid outlet 9.
[0021] When the invention is in use, the electrical elements appearing in this application are all externally connected with a power supply and a control switch. First, before use of this device, the spray can body 1 is filled with an alcohol hand disinfectant, and then a capsule containing dry drug powder is put into the drawer 8, and the drawer is closed. When in use, the second pressing rod 4 is pulled first, and then after the rubber plug 7 makes piston motion in the sleeve 6, the handle 2 is held to conduct a pressing operation on the holding handle 3 for pressing a spray can, such that under the action of atmospheric pressure, the medicine outlet pipe 5 will suck the disinfectant in the spray can body 1 into the liquid outlet 9 to clean the hand, and then the capsule is taken out from the drawer 8 by the hand. Thereafter, the spray can body 1 is held by one hand to press the first pressing rod 12, such that the spring 11 is compressed to enable the sharp end of the first pressing rod 12 to protrude to puncture the capsule for a inhalation operation. Then the first pressing rod 12 is released to restore the spring 11, and thus the sharp end of the first pressing rod 12 is driven to retract into the base 10.
